Not too much else to say that wasn't said above. The hotel does boast a decently fast WiFi, and the rooms were cleaned regularly. It is on the outskirts of town (making commuting difficult in early evening) and the breakfast was terrible. Water in the eggs and everything. I asked to use the whirlpool. (Note: This place doesn't have a pool, just a large hot tub), and the lady up front was too busy to uncover it. Had some noisy neighbors, but I don't blame Best Western for that. This place is easily comparable to a Motel Six or Days Inn.
Positives: Rooms were clean and plenty of parking.
Negatives: Hot breakfast was gross, while helpful the place was understaffed.

The price for this hotel was just not in line with the accommodations. The rooms were noisy, there was a foul odor and all the furnishings were really old and cheap. The hotel staff was friendly and gave us good directions to local addresses but they charged us extra for my children to stay in our room and they didn't have to make any extra accommodations for them.
Positives: The staff was very helpful and nice.
Negatives: Everything in our room was very old. I got soaked trying to turn on the water in the bathroom sink with an ancient look.

This is a great value for the money.
Positives: Free breakfast, great location, nice staff.
Negatives: Late night noise both outside and in walls not insulated.
