Clean, large room with sitting area, fridge and microwave. Good value for mid range price. Great chinese/seafood restaurant next door. Location convenient for SE Portland visit. Not new, but in good repair. Very quiet considering it's on a high traffic street.

Positives: helpful, friendly staff. Clean and in good repair

Negatives: Worst I can say: bathtub washer problem made it hard to turn water off
