Scoops Old Fashioned Ice Cream ( Dining / Ice Cream / Dairy Bar ). Located at 3395 Broadway Avenue. Delicious hard ice cream and so delicious. It really brings back memories of ice cream when I was little in the east coast. The lady working there even gave my son some whip cream with sprinkles. With two levels of dining, each with its own bar, we had plenty of space to fill.
