A County Room Tax (presently 8%) will be added to the above quoted rates. Rooms are limited in number and subject to availability. Advance reservations are required. Most major credit cards are accepted. Rates subject to change. Rates based on double occupancy and do not include gratuities.
Advance Deposit/Reservation Guarantee: A deposit payable by credit card, cash or check equal to 100% of the first night's room rental is required 30 days prior to arrival to guarantee and confirm your reservations.
Cancellation Policy: Reservation cancellation must be done 14 days in advance of intended arrival and a $25 service fee will be charged. Reservations cancelled after that time will be billed in the full amount.
Smoking: Cigarette smoking is restricted to the Valentino Terrace. All other public spaces and guest rooms are non-smoking. SMOKING IN ROOMS WILL INCUR A $150 CLEANING CHARGE.
Additional Guests: All Rooms are rated for Double Occupancy. More than Two People in the Rooms will incur the following charges:
Adults and Children over 5 years $50.00 - Children under 5 years $25.00 - (This includes breakfast for them in the morning and an additional cleaning charge).
Pets: Well-behaved pets may share some rooms during your stay for a one-time charge of $25 per pet. They must be on a leash at all other times, and are not to be left unattended in the guest rooms.
