The hotel was close to the Portland Airport, although access to the interstate was a bit tricky. The desk staff was helpful, but the actual owner was rude and got onto his employees in front of guests. To me this is not professional. The bathroom in the room was moldy and the vents were very dusty. We are not likely to return to this hotel.
Positives: It was easy to get to Portland Airport from this hotel.
Negatives: It was not cleaned very well.

The cleanliness of the hotel is what I searched for and we reserved our room based upon previous comments that this hotel was clean and in fact it was. The beds are really bad.

The front desk made the stay very enjoyable. The breakfast selections in the complimentary area were varied and tasty. The dining area was clean and well maintained.
Positives: Arrived very late from the airport and the desk attendant was cheerful, helpful, courteous and was the same way in the morning.
Negatives: The parking lot was not lit well at the side of the building and the hotel is located behind a McDonald's.

Very close freeway access-good amenities for the price-clean and comfortable, friendly staff, internet access.

If you are looking for a clean place to stay, relatively close to the airport and<BR/>super helpful and friendly hotel employees - this is a great place to stay. Its no frills - but exactly what I needed for my business stay. Quiet, clean, and affordable.

Nice place to stay on a budget. One thing important to us was it is pet friendly with a reasonable charge. Very good beds, comfortable. Room is small, only one small chair. Not a place you want to spend much time in. We would stay there again. Breakfast area small and fills up, but with a little patience it is fine.

Negatives: Only one door to enter. Other doors for exit only.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, the pool was fun. It was located near restaurants, grocery stores, and the interstate. It was easy to find and get back to. I would stay there again.
Positives: The staff was very helpful with directions for food & fun.

This hotel was great service very clean on everything nothing dirty about it and we felt very welcomed.

This hotel was clean, quiet, and the breakfast in the morning was great. The price was affordable and the staff very nice.

Overall the stay was good, the staff at night & a few of the AM staff members were helpful. Most of the AM staff was very short with answering questions & did not want to help. The only downfall about the room was it only had a shower, not a tub.
Positives: It was easy to get to & it had free public use Internet computer.
Negatives: The AM staff was not very helpful.
