Starting at EUG-Eugene Airport EUG-Eugene Airport-9 mi SE From-EUG- Airport- Turn left on Airport Road-then right at stoplight onto Hwy 99. Inbound Hwy 99 becomes west 7th Avenue. Right lanes of 7th continue through downtown and under Ferry St. Bridge. Road bends to right-then left and becomes Broadway. And in three blocks becomes Franklin Boulevard. Phoenix Inn Suites is on the right on Franklin Boulevard.
