The motivation for opening Noster Kitchen was to provide our community with an eatery that serves fresh, wholesome and flavorful food. We believe that food should not only taste good but also leave you feeling good. To ensure this, we make everything on our menu from scratch using whole and minimally processed foods. Local and organic ingredients are our first choice when feasible. We cater to many dietary preferences from vegan to paleo.
Our whole menu is gluten free (though we are not a certified GF kitchen) and mostly dairy free (we use butter and ghee in just a few things)!

7 Devils Waterfront Alehouse ( Dining / Seafood ). Located at 1240 North Bayshore Drive, Coos Bay, 2 miles from the center of Bunker Hill. With two levels of dining, each with its own bar, we had plenty of space to fill. All of the art you’ll see throughout the Alehouse was purchased from Coos Bay artists, the dishware from potters at Alehouse pottery, and the furniture from local craftspeople.
