The reception staff was helpful, friendly. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, service staff was friendly. Important to know that it isn't right on the beach, but seemed to be the best accommodation in the area. Hotel restaurant food/staff was consistently good.
Positives: I upgraded to a more expensive room and was very happy with the kitchen, etc.
Negatives: No DVD player; I was not aware that it wasn't on the beach.

Overall have had great stays in this hotel. We will return again.
Positives: Great for family stay, pool, restaurant, beautiful area.
Negatives: Would have liked to see a fridge. In the room.

Bedspread was smelly; they admitted that they do not always wash them. Hotel room smelled musty. Other than that the hotel was nice. Waitress at restaurant did not like kids and had no patience. Food was not that good.
Positives: Nice pool, front desk helpful.
Negatives: Restaurant at hotel had horrible service and food.

Moderate accommodations with a great view.
Positives: The view from our suite of the ocean.
Negatives: The chlorine odor in the indoor pool was toxic.

Nice for one night. Room lacked ambiance.
Positives: Clean and quiet.
Negatives: Bed not very comfortable, easy chair needs replacing.

Good price for the area. a little dated but a nice set up with good ocean views for half of the rooms. Nice restaurant for the guests. Very pleasant surroundings.
