After I found out that my room was given to other person I asked the front office manager or reservation manager to up great my room and I would like to pay the difference but she told me I can't do this because my reservation was made through Priceline.com. I sent a complain letter to Mr. Matt Cowden hotel GM.

The hotel was wonderful. My husband and I really enjoyed it. Parking was a little confusing at first, but once we got it figured out, it was no problem at all. We would definitely stay here again.
Positives: The location to Bricktown attractions was Excellent
Negatives: Our room was very close to the ice/vending machines and elevators. This made it a little noisier than we would have liked.

It is a very nice hotel, a bit difficult to get to with the construction going on. I wasn't very happy with all the extra charges for everything.

You would think the Sheraton in downtown OKC would be a superior stay, but this hotel left a lot to be desired. The pool is tiny - there is no hot tub or sun deck. We were put on the third floor - over the lounge (noisy) and high traffic adjacent to the fitness center. The hotel has worn fixtures, furniture and public areas. No fridge or microwave in the room. Parking was $20 per day for valet service. No complimentary breakfast or voucher for the restaurant, big disappointment.
Positives: The location was great.
Negatives: The hotel is worn out - public areas, carpets, the pool, were awful.

Better that we thought for location. We stayed on a Friday and prices jumped on weekends so beware that. Overall your getting best for your buck only to have to walk through the cox convention center to get to the game. Brick town is only 2 block from hotel so Americas pub, right there, oh Theres brix in brick town half price appetizer. Before and during the game and $2.50 Philly subs and fries after the game, would recommend everyone to go to OKC and experience brick town.
Positives: If going to a thunder game great location for game and Bricktown.
Negatives: Hate having to wait to get in my room slow service at the counter.

The main floor (lobby, etc.) was very nice and clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Our 3rd floor room (and entire floor) was very run down and there was a horrible odor. The carpets were filthy.
Positives: The location was close to Bricktown and the lobby area was nice.
Negatives: Other than the lobby area, the hotel was incredibly run down and dirty.

Excellent location, too much road construction at current time made getting to and from hotel difficult.
Positives: Excellent location.
Negatives: Too much road construction downtown/breakfast service was slow and not well staffed.

Hotel is okay in general but should either not book the rooms by the elevators or they should put in some noise dampening materials.
Positives: Location
Negatives: Room was next to elevators which were very noisy all night.

A very nice place to stay.
Positives: Friendly staff.
Negatives: A couple of loud guys got in about 3:00 AM and were rather loud. They were next door and made for a poor nights sleep.

This is most certainly not a 3-1/2 star hotel. Upon check-in I intentionally requested a room away from the elevator. My room was at the very end of the hall with almost no foot traffic coming by on a regular basis. However, I could still hear everything that was going on outside my room all the way down the hall. The walls must be paper thin because there was no sound-proofing at all. At one point the guests in the room next to me were having a conversation at a regular voice level, and I could hear every word they were saying. The rooms are small and dreary, and the beds are only average in terms of comfort. If I had paid full price for this hotel I would have been very disappointed.
Positives: Great location.
Negatives: No sound-proofing, terrible rooms.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location. Lots of computers with internet access available in lobby.
Positives: The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was very good.
Negatives: The common areas looked grungy & worn out & not very clean. My carpet was not vacuumed in 7 days, nor were my sheets changed.

The hotel was beautiful and well-kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful even when the loading zone was crowded. It was a nice experience, and I would stay here again.
Positives: It was centrally located downtown within walking distance of many activities.
Negatives: It didn't have an indoor pool, and my 10-year-old son was disappointed.

The bed was so comfortable. The room was nice and clean. Disappointed in thinking we were getting a room with jets in the bathtub, but it was just a regular old bathtub. Overall I liked it.
Positives: It was in walking distance to where we wanted to go.
Negatives: No hot tub and no jets in bathtub.

The night we stayed they decided to not offer the menu in the restaurant and instead had a horrible, over-priced buffet. The man at the desk at check in failed to give us the needed parking info. The heater was so loud in the room that we couldn't sleep. Peeling wallpaper, stains on carpet. Poor hotel...not 3.5 stars!
Positives: Great location near Bricktown.
Negatives: Shabby, old.
