This hotel was not bad, though it didn't look anything My biggest complaint was that it was not very clean. The shower had alot of hair in it, and the couch was stained. It smelled kind of musty inside also. A couple of the lights didn't work as well. The free wireless internet kept cutting out for some reason. For the price, I would say it was worth it, but next time I will spend a little bit extra on something nicer.
Positives: Nice & convenient location.
Negatives: Wasn't very clean at all.

The whole experience at this hotel was bad, roaches met us at the door and saw us out. The tub was very dirty, the towels were crisp and hard as steel scrubers. They left a dirty ice bucket after cleaning.
Positives: Not much.
Negatives: Low quality in every aspect.

I past the repairs that needed to be done to manager- he really did not care. 1st room assigned- key would not work had to get a 2nd room (not date of entry to 1st rm was march 08 and was written on door even) really needs to do alot of remodeling, caulking around tub & sink, and fixing water leeks.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Bath stool not level leeked, carpet on floor not level-almost feel, refrigerator did not work, no hbo-volume on tv set to low could not hear.

Decent & clean room for economy needs. Safe area. Staff was pleasant. Continental breakfast was short on frills but kept us from needing to go get breakfast at a restaurant.
Positives: Good location in Norman and off Interstate 35.
Negatives: Time for a remodel.

It was pretty good. The staff was rude when we checked out 20 minutes late. I understand we were running late, buy they didn't have to be rude. I won't stay at this hotel again because of that.
Positives: King size bed. Cool ceiling decor. Air conditioning worked well. Room organized well.
Negatives: Jacuzzi tub was a regular size bath tub with jets. Not very roomy.

It was clean but old and rundown. Good location on Main and I-35. Easy access to everything. Good beds but the tire place next door was very loud in the mornings.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Old and rundown.

We would not choose to stay at this motel in the future. This was our first stay at a one star and we were not pleased.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Very old in need of repairs.

The room itself was clean, the appliances were very old. The staff seemed put out that we were there, and lost one reservation.
Positives: Location was convenient.
Negatives: Very old microwave and fridge.

I have nothing good to say about this hotel, I should have known what the room would look like, when I first saw how dirty the tile sidewalk was. We entered the room, and the first thing that hit us was the smell, it was terrible, (we had to go buy a plug-in, and that didn't even help) the suite we were in had a love seat, which was smelly, and dirty, and it was obvious that it didn't have legs on it. The table and chairs were in bad shape as well as the dresser. The sink had burn marks all over it, as did the bathtub. The whirlpool didn't work in the tub, and it took 30 minutes to get a tub of water. One of the lamps didn't work, only to find out that plug in didn't work either. When we tried to use the coffee pot, the lights would dim when we turned it on, and we would have to reset the breaker on the light socket. When we did go to bed, the comforter smelled so bad we had to take it off of the bed. we also noticed that they had done a very bad job of trying to paint, it was all over the light sockets, and we noticed that some of the baseboards were gone, and there was a crack about 1/4" from where the wall ended and the floor was, and it was just opened. Also we noticed in the daylight that there was also a crack under the door that goes outside, where bugs could come in, or even rain. If I wouldn't have lost my money I would have gone some place else. I had brought someone who has terminal cancer down to visit a friend and it wasn't good for his health either. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. I feel like I wasted my money.
Positives: There was nothing good to tell, it was so dirty.
Negatives: Dirty, room smells bad, cracks under door, baseboards off, 1/2 in. Open crack, only 2 towels, tile sidewalk filthy,.

The hotel was a little above average for a one-star hotel. It was an older hotel, but clean. The rooms were of good size and had plenty of amenities. Some of the equipment did not work (egg. Broken TV remote, broken arm on chair) the location was good and it was quiet. I would not mind staying there again when I am in town.
Positives: I liked the whirlpool tub and the king size bed and the cleanliness.
Negatives: Needs better soap, more towels, and remote control that work.

The maid woke me up twice before check out wanting to clean my room. Told the manager I didn't want to check out, he then came to my room and asked why I was not leaving. I told him I was and that when I asked the maid when check out was she said she did not know. He then told me she didn't speak English. Yeah, right. The manager and two other men came to my room once again at check out to "make sure" I was still leaving. Very rude, very rushed. Uncomfortable bed got very little sleep.
Positives: It was close to where I was going.
Negatives: The maid and manager.

Even though this is an older property, the room was clean and appeared well maintained. The office staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar could have been better. The main problem I had was with security. Even though the property was very well lighted, as a 55 year old female, one traveler, I probably would not stay here again by myself due to outside room access. Otherwise it was conveniently located to shopping and food but a little tricky to get to if one is not familiar with the area.
Positives: The rooms were very clean.
Negatives: Outside room access.

Negatives: No complaints; got what expected.

Positives: Location.
Negatives: Floors uneven, door jam broke, door hard to open, holes in walls.
