If you want us back in the area, make sure we can feel secure with our possessions. Get cameras on the parking lots.

Positives: Friendly, helpful desk clerk.

Negatives: No camera on premises to see who stole my son's new saw ($125) out of our truck, parked in the lot at the hotel.

This hotel is a place that should be charged by the hour, not the night.

Positives: Friendliness of housekeeping staff.

Negatives: Rudeness of counter-staff, lack of preparedness and organization.

Front desk staff were very unfriendly, rooms had light fixtures that didn't work, overhead light had to be tapped on each time turned on to get to work.

Negatives: Chose because of hot tub and indoor pool. both were closed down.

The hotel was nice, friendly staff, had a list of local attractions with directions on the front desk. The price was really good. The indoor pool was closed and that was the only reason I chose this hotel. They did offer for us to use the hotel pool down the street, but in January with an 18-month-old going outside wet was not a good idea. I also didn't know the rooms opened up out side.

Positives: Large rooms, clean, good hot breakfast, and lots of towels in room.

Negatives: Not very sound proof, night staff don't have access to Lennon.

We had a wonderful stay at the Quality Inn. The location is the best.

This is an overpriced motel for a tiny room. The continental breakfast was awful. Internet out most of the time and when it did run, it was so slow.

Positives: Nothing.

Negatives: Small room. Phone out of service. Internet very slow.

Overall, it was just ok. The beds were comfortable, but one of the rooms had about 10 dead crickets in the bathroom. It was hard to tell if the pool was clean, but it might just need a coat of paint. I would stay here again, but without the expectations I had this trip.

Positives: Location was great, and plenty of parking for guest.

Negatives: There were crickets in the rooms, and the pool seemed a little dirty.

The first room had a leaky sealing. The second room was supposedly non-smoking, but it reeked of smoke and I found an empty cigarette pack behind the night stand.<BR/>You would be better off at McDonalds than their continental breakfast.

Negatives: Leaking room, non-smoking room with smell and evidence of smoking.

My room was unclean and smelled of smoke. The manager refused to give me a new room after a staff member promised me a new room. My door was broke and the bed was also. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
