The Artichoke Restaurant & Bar ( Dining / Fine ). Located at 2610 North 3rd. Offering fine dining only minutes from the shores of Grand Lake, The Artichoke Restaurant & Bar serves outstanding steaks, chicken and seafood in the cozy confines of a farmhouse that is more than a century old. The result is a relaxing, country atmosphere that nevertheless achieves a level of elegance. Try the steak soup, the Syrian Salad, a Whole Fried Potato, or enjoy the shrimp, prepared three ways. The house artichoke and spinach dip, served with pita points, comes highly recommended, as does the fresh asparagus, grown on the premises in the restaurant’s garden.
