The night front desk woman was not very customer service oriented . Aside from the very messy room the jacuzzi was nice and everything else was clean.

Positives: The maid that eventually cleaned the room was nice and got the job done right away.

Negatives: There were two spilled glass beer bottles under the bed. The bed was a pull out couch and the two sheets the blanket and mattress pad were all stained and crusted,I killed a large spider and there was another dead one in the room,obviously the room had not been cleaned.It would have had a better rating if we ( my daughter and I ) were not tired and ready to go to sleep. After a full day of travel this was the last thing we wanted to deal with. The woman at the front desk was very slow to address getting the room cleaned.

For the price, this hotel went beyond my expectations. I would stay again and recommend this hotel to others.

Positives: The beds were surprising comfortable and upscale.

Negatives: Smoking and nonsmoking rooms were on the same floor/wing; I didn't like walking through a smoky to get to my room.

I was very please with the inside of my room. It was clean and look relatively new in decoration. The outside of the hotel and the fact that the doors do not require a key to get in are the only negatives.

Positives: Large TV, great pillows and comfy bed.

Negatives: Outside could use a face lift, side doors do not require a key for access.

Older hotel. Decor and bedding needs replacing. Cramped bedrooms. Not enough counter space for laying out things needed. Room smelled of smoke even though non-smoking room. Good for 1 night stay but beyond that try to find something else if needing a few days stay. Inside pool good for young kids. It was only 4ft deep.

Positives: Convenient location.

Negatives: Room decor outdated and stained. Smelled of smoke.

It was nicer than I expected, rooms bigger, and more nicely appointed than I expected. Very pleasantly surprised.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and had a good experience. This was the first time I felt that it wasn't quite as clean as before.

Positives: Safe. quiet, and was convenient.

Negatives: Lipstick on the bed coverlet, hair on a towel in bathroom.

The room was okay, but the hotel staff gave away our downstairs room when we arrived late in the evening (we had told them we would). We had much difficulty climbing the stairs as we are handicapped.

Negatives: Room was upstairs when they had promised us it would be downstairs!

It was very clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable.

Hotel is a little outdated, but is currently being remodeled. However it was VERY clean, and you could tell the staff took pride in making things right.

It was much nicer than I had anticipated. Loved the bed, we even called Serta to try and buy that particular mattress. Restaurant was good and the recliner in the room was great. The indoor pool and hot tub area was very nice.

Positives: The bed was great as well as the indoor pool and lobby.

The Ramada was a clean, comfortable hotel. The staff was friendly. The bed was a pillow top and very comfortable. The room was fairly priced and in a convenient location.

Both electrical outlets in bathroom did not work. The a/c in room put off an odor that smelled like urine. The restaurant was just average. the hotel was understaffed. On the good side, the hotel was clean, and at a good location. Has indoor and outdoor pools, although small. The rooms had a refrigerator and microwave oven in them. Overall, we had a good stay.

Negatives: Both electrical outlets in bathroom did not work.
