Nothing fancy but everything you need for a comfortable night's sleep and to get on your way clean, refreshed and fed.
Positives: Good breakfast, convenient location, I stayed here before in 2005 and found it acceptable for when you just need a comfortable night's sleep.
Negatives: No pool, not critical but would have used it if it was there. Some friends of mine would reject it because of that.

The hotel was noisy, the walls were so thin we heard conversations day and night from 2 doors down. The hotel was no where near any restaurants. Upon check in we had 45 minutes of trying our room keys which didn't work, we ran back down to the office, over and over because the lock on the outer door wouldn't open with the room card. The attendant told us to blow in the lock because the locks freeze and didn't go up there the first several times. She did return up to the room and eventually moved us from the King room that we wanted to a smaller room that was in the front of the hotel by the street.
Positives: The hotel price was excellent.
Negatives: Did not meet expectation.

Stayed for a lot less at a lot nicer places, refrigerator did not work. Had food go bad.
Positives: It was in the town I wanted to stay in.
