The overall condition of the facility was good, though there was some interior construction/remodeling evident on our floor. This did not inconvenience us in any way. Our room was very clean and nice. The television worked well. The free WiFi was desired, but a virus was picked up over the insecure network which has caused major problems in getting it removed.
Positives: The hotel providing a free breakfast which included ability to order from the kitchen.
Negatives: All pillows were firm. A combination of down like and firm would have made my stay more pleasant.

Great staff, helpful and kind. The room was huge and comfortable. I enjoyed my time there. The delicious breakfasts were served individually and free!

My mother and daughter traveled to Bartlesville for my college graduation. It was close to the college and we were treated very well. Thank you!

Over all it fit my need for this trip, but I hope that in the future they have a little more availability, and know what rooms are appropriate for single woman travelers.
Positives: The staff was very courteous, and the breakfast was very fresh to order.
Negatives: Our original room was not very safe for woman a traveling with a young child, but they did locate us another room which was good, but the ac was broken.
