The overall stay was satisfactory. Staff was courteous. Laundry facility was clean and well lit. Pool area was clean and well kept. The carpets and the whirlpool jets were very dirty. Overall I was satisfied with the hotel.
Positives: The hotel was centrally located to area eaterys and shopping.
Negatives: The whirlpool in my room has very dirty jets.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel as a whole. The staff was very happy to help with any request we had, and even did it with a smile. The lady at the desk upon our arrival was very nice and always had a smile. I found out later that the whole time she was working she wasn't feeling well. So, I was really impressed.
Positives: The staff was very pleasant & helpful close to restaurants & stores.
Negatives: Misses having gravy @ breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean with nice clean linen.
Positives: Clean convenient.
Negatives: Too costly for the time of year and the door stuck on the carpet.

As hotels go, this was okay. I didn't want anything fancy. Just a clean room with a good bed and hot water. I was in and out on business. Definitely not a destination hotel.
Positives: Easy check in.
Negatives: Hallways smelled of stale cigarettes.

I stayed here after choosing from the limited options in Wilmington, and was not disappointed with the hotel at all. Everything was clean, well run, and well organized.
Positives: Everyone was friendly.
Negatives: Someone promised to call me and did not.
