I would like my money back we did not stay. We checked in stared to go to the room they chased us down for more money. Once seeing the room dirty cold water flowing out of the toilets we went back the office told them to cancel our reservation and left. Even the lobby was dirty cold just not inviting to a family traveling. Terrible experience.
Positives: Terrible dirty would not recommend..
Negatives: The whole hotel was shady.

The hotel was nicely located by the airport and offered a free shuttle. It was very convenient. The pillows were as hard as concrete, so bring your own pillows.
Positives: I liked how close to the airport it was.

This hotel provided the basics of what I needed given the short notice I had to book a room. Staff was friendly but I would only return if in a pinch. Lack of internet access, no restaurant or access to food on premises. Rooms were clean but decor and furnishings were very modest .
Positives: Staff helpful, airport shuttle 7/24, close to airport.
Negatives: Only access to food on premises was continental breakfast, not even a vending machine for snacks. I was a late flight arrival.

The place is old. The bed is uncomfortable. The toilet was dirty. The wireless in the room did not work, the lobby wireless barely worked. I would only stay here again if nothing else was available.
Positives: Close to airport.
Negatives: Had to wait 20 minutes for shuttle and two calls to remind them.

With its price and close to the airport, the hotel is a pretty nice choice.
Positives: The hotel is inexpensive and is extremely close to the Dayton Airport.
Negatives: The hotel looks "ordinary."

I was disappointed with the general condition of the hotel, despite AAA sign of quality. Paint, plaster, drapes, carpet in need to replacement.
Positives: Breakfast was acceptable.
Negatives: Needs to be renovated.
