I was very satisfied with my stay at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott in Troy, Ohio. The room was warm, cozy and inviting. They had up-to-date technology and most of the popular television channels. The hotel was in an excellent located, set far back enough to feel secluded and relaxing but right there in the heartbeat of town. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others, and would return myself!
Positives: Clean, comfortable, accommodating.
Negatives: Beds were a little too hard.

This hotel was in a great location for what we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was clean. Overall an excellent experience.
Positives: Great hotel for the price I paid. Staff was excellent.

Other than the pool not being heated, everything was great.
Positives: We loved everything.
Negatives: Our only complaint, we were told the pool was heated. The water was very cold, and we didn't swim for long.

The room was clean, comfortable, convenient and a reasonable price.
Positives: It was convenient. I like the refrigerator, microwave, and the king size bed.
Negatives: It was just a little small overall. Probably because of the king size bed.

We like having the refrigerator and microwave available in the room. They have wonderful fresh waffles as part of the complimentary breakfast. The pool is open later than most hotels, which is nice for older children traveling with their family.
Positives: Very helpful and friendly staff.
Negatives: No whirlpool.

About what I had expected. The only problem I had was that the first room they put me in had a non-functioning air conditioner. Later in the evening, I asked for a different room and was accommodated. The air conditioning unit in the second room worked better but still not the greatest.
Positives: Very friendly staff and beds were very comfortable.
Negatives: Air conditioning systems were poor.

The Fairfield was older and needed some cosmetic attention, but overall it was a nice place to stay. The staff was very friendly and attentive.
Positives: The location was very convenient and there was good shopping.
Negatives: It's beginning to get a little run down and needs some attention.

This is a well-managed, quality motel. It is an excellent value, and speaks well of the savings one can receive
Positives: Very friendly staff; excellent service; they went the extra mile for us.
Negatives: The mattress on our bed was of poor quality. There were only two very small pillows. The staff provided more, however.
