The indoor "heated pool" was way too cold and of course I couldn't get in the whirlpool because I had my 2-year-old son with me, so that was disappointing for him. The next morning around 11am, it scared me so much, tears had come to my eyes. Here I am a young woman, with a toddler with me, trapped in a room and someone was trying to pry in with a fork! A few minutes later the guy called up to the room to tell me he does some quality control checks and randomly picks room and just happened to pick mine that day since they told him I was gone. He apologized once again and that was that. Will not be returning to this hotel!
Positives: It was a nice room overall, clean and roomy.
Negatives: The lack of communication amongst it's staff.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was huge & very clean! The hotel was spotless and I was beyond happy with the breakfast buffet! They actually cooked your eggs to order unlike most breakfast buffets! It was probably the best hotel I have ever stayed.

It's very convenient to route 8, which was right on our path. There were several other restaurants/shopping close by if we needed.

Relatively new property. Terrific stay, absolutely nothing bad to say. The building is beautiful and well maintained. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Services were outstanding, location was great. You will not find anything not to like here. The management must be very proactive, they have trained their staff well and provided the basis of a customer service program that must be among the best anywhere.
Positives: Everything, this is a wonderful property.
Negatives: Nothing, there was nothing to dislike here.

Stayed just one night but was pleased with every aspect of the hotel. The area is new or newer and the restaurant selection isn't very great. I also don't know the area very well so that might have played a factor in finding a good, non-chain, restaurant.
Positives: Location, cleanliness, price.
Negatives: Selection of restaurants in the area, not their fault.
