The room was very comfortable, the bed was awesome, pool and hot tub excellent.
Positives: Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Negatives: Breakfast buffet was cold and did not refill food items when empty.

The suite with two double beds did not allow a lot of separation between spaces. You could not have someone getting ready at the sink without turning on a bright light to disturb others sleeping. The sitting area also was not divided enough to allow someone to read with the light on while another is sleeping.

This hotel met all of my needs and was very comfortable. Rooms (suites) have substantial space plush bedding. I will seek this facility as my needs take me to this area again.

The hotel was excellent. It met all my expectations and was very comfortable and accommodating to my family. Having a large family we need a room with lots of space and this was it. Thanks.

Very nice hotel. Small suite was very comfortable and clean. Had very nice amenities. Though the hotel is a bit older, it is still very clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable and linens were very nice. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Large rooms in good location. Seating in the hotel room was exceptionally uncomfortable. Bed was comfortable. Televisions were too small, and the stations did not match the station guide.

Very convenient, staff was friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable, big towels, attractive lobby. Only stayed overnight but was very enjoyable and located well. Would stay here again if in the area.

I phoned ahead and was assured that we would have a room with two beds. When we arrived, there were no two-bed rooms available for the first night of our stay and I ended up sleeping on a pull-out sofa. We were moved to a two-bed room for the second night.

I liked everything about the hotel until I realized the water well of the coffee maker had stagnant, algae-laden water/brown liquid in it. It was so disgusting I left the hotel immediately and went to another restaurant to have breakfast, and had to forego my coffee that morning. It was gross! Housekeeping came and took the coffee maker away.

The hotel was under construction not a great thing. The restaurant was overpriced but it was located near a lot of other restaurants. The bathroom was filthy and the bedding had stains on the comforter. The smoking floor smelled like an ashtray. I have stayed on smoking floors before and you wouldn't know it.

We really enjoyed our stay there. It had everything we needed, a small fridge, a microwave, hair dryer, iron, 2 TV's. It was great having a separate sitting area from the bedroom area. I'd recommend it to anyone - unless they don't like dogs. There were dogs in the room across from us that barked frequently, when they were there alone, but it didn't bother us.

Doubletree guest suites exceeded our expectations. We were attending a University of Dayton function and found the accommodations to be economical, convenient and very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.
Positives: I liked the set up of the suite (as opposed to a standard hotel room).

Very nice amenities and the lobby area tastefully done & spacious. Fish tank very beautiful. Jets on the hot tub could be upgraded - not powerful enough!
