This hotel is an older but-not-outdated place, convenient drive to downtown Cleveland attractions (Mosi, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame,Browns Stadium) the airport,Lakewood. There are numerous restaurants, 1/2 block away from the lake. Would stay again without hesitation.
Positives: Convenient, clerk at checkout was pleasant.
Negatives: Weak

Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Very close to The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Progressive Field and the Browns Stadium. Great value for the money.
Positives: Location close to Downtown Cleveland.
Negatives: Parking, parking, parking.

Great value for the low $ and proximity to downtown and highways. A great choice for me since I wasn't planning to spend much time in my room anyway. Staff was courteous and friendly. Parking seemed safe and had no problems. Not much to comment on the simple (but free) breakfast. Room itself was basic, but felt clean although worn/old.
Positives: Convenient, safe location, close to downtown Cleveland.
Negatives: Although my room was non-smoking, could smell smoke as soon as you entered hallway.

The hotel was fairly decent overall. Kept up, clean, cozy, and friendly staff. Easy to find and located really close to the diners, gas stations, and entertainment. The only thing we didn't like is that there are not enough parking spaces to accommodate the guests and their vehicles. We had to drive a block down the street to park and walk back in the rain. Other than that though, it was a good place to stay since we just needed an overnight hotel.
Positives: The hotel appeared to be clean and well kept. Friendly front desk staff as well.
Negatives: There are not enough parking spaces to accommodate the guests.

Good enough for the money. Located close to attractions.
Positives: Free breakfast.
Negatives: Room was above hotel entrance, noisy doors open and close.

The room was cramp. The staff was rude, uninformed and disrespectful. I could hear not only from the next room, but noise from down the hall. There is no place to eat in the hotel and the very limited staff (3 people at most at any one time) had no ideas at all. The cleaning crew leaves at noon, according to the desk clerk. The worst was a desk clerk named ann. who locked me out of my room when I missed check out time by 15 minutes. The only good thing about this place was the location. There is a Sheridan across the street, stay there instead, it couldn't be any worst.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: The staff was rude and uninformed in their duties and area locations.

Although convenient to my business location, the hotel staff was not helpful. I asked for some help in picking a restaurant and received a one sheet listing of restaurants and locations - virtually meaningless to someone unfamiliar with the area. I did not want to disturb his personal phone call for a second time to gather more information, so I ended up 'dining' at the Wendy's down the street. The 'high speed' wireless internet was absolutely horrible, and to top off the stay, I was greeted by a millipede in the bathtub when I started the shower in the morning.
Positives: It was available.
Negatives: Front Desk worker always on phone with friends / millipede in bathtub / bad Wi-fi.

Good price, good service.
Positives: The location.
Negatives: Extra charge for more than two guests.

Nothing out of the ordinary, and easy to find. Hotel is clean, staff is polite and helpful. Short ride or a good walk to Lake Erie Beach and local parks. Surroundings are beautiful, well manicured neighborhoods. There is very limited parking in the lot one way in same way out. No elevator (but only 2 stories).
Positives: Local to major highway, mass transit, eating, shopping and Lake Erie.
Negatives: No view from any room of anything, and no elevator.
