Comfortable spacious room. Clean facilities, did not do anything, but sleep the hotel seemed very clean.
Positives: Overall a very nice motel.
Negatives: Was there only one night.

Excellent hotel, very clean with very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was free and delicious. Although I did not utilize the bar, it was accessible from the lobby and looked inviting. Workout facilities were clean and had a variety of equipment.

Hotel was nice, quite and had a friendly and helpful staff. The rooms where very nice but the overall hotel was kind of rundown and was in need of painting and renovations. The pool area was nice and clean. Other than the fact the the hotel needed work, we had a very nice comfortable weekend stay here.
Positives: The rooms was very nice and the staff was very friendly.
Negatives: Its an older hotel that is in need of renovations.

This was one hotel I would not like to go back to. It didn't have the overall feel.
Positives: The location was excellent and the front desk clerk was very polite and friendly.
Negatives: We had a room at first that had not been cleaned, then I phoned and no one picked up, only one on the desk.

I felt very safe during the stay, saw police patrol the parking lot throughout the night.
Positives: The pool was very refreshing.
Negatives: Two ice machines were broken.

The hotel was unclean, bathroom was disgusting, and none of the ice machines worked (3) or the vending machines. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great place to stay for visiting the National Park, for shopping, restaurants and exploring the area. Comfortable, clean rooms. Friendly, but not very informed staff regarding the National Park.
Positives: Close to National Park and bike trails, shopping, theaters, restaurants.
Negatives: Just a bit worse for wear inside hallways and outside.

This holiday inn has been remodeled in recent years and the effort shows.
Positives: Comfortable room & bed.

It is conveniently located off the Ohio turnpike. The night staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. The sheets on the bed had not been changed and had hair all over them. There were many spiders in the room and bathroom.
Positives: It had an indoor pool.
Negatives: Unfriendly night staff and unclean sheets.
