Hotel was nice. They almost did not give us a double room(instead of the king room we had been given). Had to argue with them. Was late and we were very tired from long day of traveling. Luckily, they finally relented and gave us a double room. I was traveling with my daughter, not husband!

Positives: Lobby was nice. Breakfast looked good.

Negatives: Disliked our inability for amenities.

Enjoyed our visit and slept well. It was clean and comfortable. Would like to see a complimentary breakfast. This is something we look for in a motel/hotel.

Decent value, but just OK condition. Make sure you get a room that faces the courtyard or is away from the highway. Location is great.

I would recommend this hotel to my friends whether traveling on business or leisure. Close to freeway and restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly as well as helpful.

Very nice and very comfortable. Workout facilities was great with cardio and dumbbell weights. Very nice.

My husband and I spent the night after our first day of holiday shopping. The lobby clerk was very polite and welcoming. The room was neat and clean. We loved the king-size bed, but it made the room very tight. The heater did not work and it was late, so we just used the blanket that was available for the hide-a-bed. We were a little disappointed that the hotel did not offer a free breakfast. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our time together.

Positives: The king-size bed was extremely comfortable! Our bed had 5 pillows!

Negatives: The heater did not work and the vent blew out cold air.

Everything was an extra charge, the breakfast buffet, water (bottled) in the room. I was unhappy with this and didn't budget for it.

My husband and I were driving cross-country, and Dublin, OH was our final night before we reached home. Although the hotel is quite a ways off I-70, it was a welcome sight. Unfortunately, the light in our hallway was burned out, so it was pitch black and difficult to see our door to put our key in. In addition, it made us feel unsafe. It should be necessary for guests to run their card through the entrance door from the parking lot into the hotel, and then again to enter their room to keep out vagrants. The room itself was average, but the bed was comfortable, which was our main concern.

Positives: The room was clean and comfortable.

Negatives: The light in the hall was burned out and made us feel unsafe.

The overall experience was great. Were able to choose the room right next to the pool. It was a nice room. The only problem we had was that a movie charge of $12.99 was put on our card. We never ordered a movie, especially one costing that much. They said it was a mistake and threw the paper away.

Positives: We were given the opportunity to pick where our room would be at.

Negatives: They charged a movie fee $12.99 in which we did not do. Waiting to see if corrected.

Very comfortable and convenient for the business traveler with free internet, desk space, and workout equipment. Open layout of hotel made it easy to get around.

Overall this hotel was of great quality. The free high speed internet provided me with plenty of bandwidth to complete my work for the day. The staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful.



The one downside was that the price for food was very expensive.

The room was nice, clean, and attractive. No elevator to 2nd floor that I could find. Stairs on both ends of the hallway. No bar.

Good location with a Max & Erma's restaurant and an ice cream place nearby. The hotel was clean and personnel were friendly and helpful. The room was very nice with a small refrigerator.

Positives: I liked the small convenience store near the check in counter. Great if you get in late and don't want to go back out.

Negatives: The side entrance walkway/door had tall shrubs that left me feeling uncomfortable using that door.
