It was neat and clean. The help I spoke with were neat, clean and helpful. All I wanted was a clean place to sleep at a low cost. It was an excellent value. The noise in the toilet wasn't enough of a problem for me to report until I left. They were concerned and will fix it.

Positives: The room was neat and clean.

Negatives: The toilet made a sound. I didn't report it until I left. I just turned off the water at night. They will fix it.

It was an inexpensive place to sleep, but it was not a comfortable and safe environment. The bathroom door was off the hinge, there were cigarette ashes in the toilet and tub of a non smoking room.

Positives: The price.

Negatives: The condition and cleanliness.

I would not consider this a 1 star hotel. There were holes in the wall & door that were patched up.

I picked this hotel because it was inexpensive. Next time, I will pay a little more and make sure I am in a safer, quality hotel.

Positives: The beds were big.

Negatives: The room next to mine had marks on the door where it looked like it had been broken into.

I like it. But there was a party next room to me, and no one would come down an tell them to stop are go away.

Positives: It a good place to stay, and I will be back there.

Negatives: At 03:00 am, the room next to me had a party, and no one would come down there.

This hotel is a flop house. The first room smelled extremely musty and half of the lights didn't work; I asked for another room. The second room looked like it had been broken into. The faucets were leaky, and the television looked like someone had stepped back into the early '80s, and snatched something off of their grandmother's kitchen counter. The cable was snowy, and show was unintelligible. There were people wandering around at all hours. There are no amenities that I can think of. The beds were hard and not well covered. Half of the staff I met can barely speak English. The other half could not speak on public television without censoring. The lot was not shoveled, and the general appearance of the outside of the buildings was shabby. All in all, it was a lousy experience.

Positives: No visible cockroaches, or I s. Also, the heater worked well.

Negatives: The smell, the lights (lack thereof), the leaky faucets, the lack of cable.

This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I checked in very late and went to sleep only to have a poor nights rest. The room was filthy and full of bugs. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I would gladly spend a little more money to get a clean comfortable room.

Positives: It was near lots of businesses.

Negatives: Filthy rooms, unfriendly staff, did not address my complaints, refused to accommodate me.

1 inch crack in door. Smelly. Hook in bath was upside down. No tissue. No hair dryer or shampoo! Wall in shower was crumbling down. Not easily accessible due to detour on I-75. Creepy!!!

Positives: We paid less than $50 for it.

Negatives: We had to pay for it.
