Very clean and updated rooms. Good place to stay for short stay.
Positives: updated room, clean, and great hotel staff.
Negatives: Advertised continental breakfast. Not much to choose from, bagels and pastries only. Would have liked at least some fresh fruit.

It was very nice, much classier than other Red Roofs I've seen. Had a little bit of character in the decor and surrounding buildings.
Positives: The decor of the room was comfortable and modern-stylish -- the window light was great in the corner room!
Negatives: Not enough blankets on the bed for a person who likes to keep the room cool at night. Also, the halls smelled rancid.

The hotel lacked either the proper security personnel, experienced officers, or desire to take care of the rest of the guests. Excessive noise kept most of the guests on our floor awake most of the night. Security was dispatched a dozen times.
Positives: Wonderful room accommodations.
Negatives: Drunk guests kept us awake most of the night...nothing done by hotel.

Everything was cool. Restaurant right next door. Recently renovated. Very modern looking rooms. friendly staff. free breakfast. Located less than a mile from the venue. Only downside, parking was $10 and was located across the street. I'd stay here again next time I'm in Columbus.

Negatives: Parking was $10and it was across the street.We had to play in traffic and J-walk to get to the parking lot.

The Red Rood Inn is very close to the Arena District which holds many bars and restaurants. There's convenient parking across the street from the hotel in a secure lot. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Our keys would not work, so the manager brought up new keys for us and reimbursed us for parking without us asking. The employees were extremely nice.

Positives: Beautiful room and a very accommodating manager that fixed a problem immediately.
Negatives: Loud due to door slamming through the night next door - but it was New Year's eve.

The hotel was awesome and the hotel staff was great, however, when I checked out and went to pick up my vehicle from the Red Roof designated area of paid lot the attendant was so unbelievably rude that it took me about 30 minutes to calm down after pulling out of the lot.
Positives: Friendly staff!

Very nice, clean, and spacious room. Nice breakfast. Parking was an issue, $10 extra and they give you a ticket to swipe to get into the parking, but you also have to have it to get out of the parking. However, the front desk man took mine while checking out so<BR/>I had to run back and forth across the street to get out of the parking lot.
Positives: Very nice facility and very clean.
Negatives: Parking across the street.

The staff was nice, the bar next door was very good and the room was OK. The only negative was an extra charge for parking.
Positives: Close to where we wanted to go that night.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were modern and clean. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were quiet.
Positives: Very convenient location to concert venue at a great price.

Friendly and clean. Our room was cleaner and in better repair, no chipped tile in bathroom or sloppy caulk job, no stains on carpet, no musty smell. The bed was outstandingly comfortable. It was quiet and pleasant.
