Had to find other accommodations. I was very disappointed.

Positives: Nothing, I was lied too, and no follow-up.

Negatives: Location, not one that a women would be comfortable alone in.

It was great overall. The staff was very helpful and the room was very spacious and comfortable. I wish the room, towels, bedding, etc. would not have smelled like smoke though.

Positives: I liked the price and the continental breakfast.

Negatives: Our room smelled like smoke although it was supposed to be non-smoking.

The very easy going and helpful staff was able to answer all our questions. It felt like a garden apartment complex rather then a hotel which was very nice since we were there for an extended stay.

Positives: Comfortable and not a typical motel..

Negatives: The room while clean was a little worn. Wouldn't have noticed with just an overnight stay, but staying almost a week we noticed the wear.

For the reasonable cost of a night's stay, this is the best value for the money. Your room is quite comfortable and feels like home. This room rates higher in value than most 3 star hotels.

Positives: Nice and roomy, nice kitchen, nice layout overall of room, friendly staff.

All in all, it as fine for the money, and all of the furniture in the room seemed quite new and nice, but the actual facility seems to need some maintenance. Everything seemed clean, but chipped or worn. Friendly staff. All in all a positive experience.

Only stay here if there is literally nowhere else.

Positives: Nothing.

Negatives: No sheets for the sofa bed, had to go get them ourselves. Sofa bed was broken. Room had double bed, not Q bed. Not enough towels. Not enough glasses.

My daughter who has a sleep number bed and can't sleep comfortably anywhere bragged about the comfort of the bed and pillows. I was impressed with decorating and furniture especially since we stayed in the same location approximately one year ago (Residence Inn) and it was dirty and the furniture broken down. Very impressive re-do.

Positives: Very attractive and comfortable rooms.

Negatives: Exterior of registration building is not nice looking, old damage from previous hotel.

I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a horrible staff, the rooms smelled like smoke. Dirty rooms, bathrooms.

Positives: Nothing, I couldn't even stay at the hotel.

Negatives: Everything, unfriendly staff, dirty rooms and smelled like smoke.

I was not disappointed with the hotel and they served a great free breakfast.

Positives: The room emulated an apartment. It was clean and roomy.

Negatives: The location. It was sandwiched in among other hotels. There was a lack of quality restaurants near by and the access to the hotel was maze like.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet and had a great kitchen area if someone was staying longer that a few days or wanted to cook their own food. The breakfast was great with hot items and many other selections. The hotel had changed hands sometime recently and they were in the process of upgrading and remodeling the rooms. I assume those rooms were probably a little nicer as my room was on the worn out side. But overall my stay was pleasant.

Positives: The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent with many choices.

Negatives: Even though the room was clean it seemed like it had seen better days.

Large suites, fabulous breakfast buffet and manager's cocktail hour included, convenient to interstate, close but not in downtown Columbus.

We thought the hotel was great except for the quality of people staying there. There was a loud commotion around midnight and again at 6:15am that made sleeping difficult.

Loved it. Roomy. Such an nice alternative to a hotel room, especaaly when you have kids with you. The breakfast was outstanding.
