For our trip, the hotel and staff exceeded our expectations,very reasonable price, would highly recommend to anyone.

The staff was great and the bed was comfy. The bathroom wasn't cleaned to my standards. Our package didn't include breakfast but we did eat breakfast in the restaurant one morning. The server was nice, but it was obvious she had too many tables. The food was not worth $30 for the two of us, not even close. It would have been okay if it was free, but we didn't eat there again.

Positives: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was a great bonus.

Negatives: The room needed a deep cleaning. There was a dried up contact on the bathroom floor, and a used washcloth, ceiling in bathroom was dirty.

Flat screen TV, coffee in room, clean and in a very nice location. I have booked on Priceline many times, and this is the first hotel that actually treated me.

Positives: The guest self-serve laundry is a great feature, as well as the convenient self-parking.

Negatives: We were told flat out that "when I asked about changing rooms from a double bed to a King if poss.

Great hotel for the price. Our room was excellent and very comfortable. Very quiet also. The fresh and warm chocolate chip cookies at the lobby desk were available whenever we wanted one. The view was also nice.

Driving cross country we stayed at a number of hotels. This was by far our favorite. It was clean, attractive, the staff was friendly and very helpful, and all amenities were included without extra fees, including parking and WiFi as well as a free shuttle to and from the hotel and local attractions.

Good location. Friendly staff. The room was big, some of the common areas needed a fresh paint job. Overall it was a nice stay. I traveled by myself. The Starbucks in the lobby was nice. One drawback was the parking meters out front. Parking became free after 5pm until 8am. At 8am you have to pay the hour meter or you can pay 15 dollars a day to use the hotel's lot.

Positives: Close to downtown attractions and highways.

This was a nice, clean, safe, family friendly hotel. The food was good and plenty was provided. The only thing we didn't like was that we were not able to get the free breakfast they provide for guests.

Everything was wonderful from the front desk service to the nice clean room. The only problem was the service in the restaurant of the hotel.

Positives: This hotel is very close to Cleveland Browns stadium and the rooms were clean and nice.

This was not my first experience with the Doubletree brand. I was so delighted with the very accommodating staff. They were downright friendly. The hotel decor is pleasant, attractive, and actually soothing. I love what this hotel does with the towels service. I travel a great deal for business and leisure and this was a real surprise and treat.

Positives: Every single employee had a cheerful can-do attitude. Everyone! And it seemed genuine.

Negatives: The price of the morning buffet was not posted anywhere.

The hotel in and of itself is a good solid hotel. The rooms are extremely small and cramped which I am not accustomed too. Again, the hotel staff was not too accommodating and somewhat rude and concerned about providing services outside of the basic accommodations.

I have stayed at this hotel before and loved it. This time was a bad experience. I did enjoy checking in early but my room was dirty. The bathroom had not been cleaned, 2 of 4 elevators were working, so you had to wait a long time. When I went to front desk to get keys for second room, the employee did not seem to surprised that the room was dirty, and she did not compensate for that. The second room was much better, had a great view of lake. When I checked out I told employee of what had happened and she gave me free parking and apologized. The rooms are spacious and nice bathrooms. Especially with a king sized bed.

Exterior of hotel is nothing fancy to look at but rooms are very nice, clean, and modern with flat screens. The beds are extremely comfortable and plush. The best thing however are the warm cookies provided at check-in (and at departure, if you ask).

On arrival it was very convenient to park in the attached garage of this downtown hotel. Parking can be paid for at hotel desk and includes in/out privileges. Garage only has one small elevator though. Lobby and room were very clean. Hallway on floor needed to be vacuumed. Hotel had 4 small elevators for 15 floors, one of which appeared not to be working. When departing in the morning it was impossible to get an elevator that wasn't full. Pool and hot tub were well kept and refreshing.

Positives: Beds and linens were very comfortable.

Negatives: Not enough elevators in service.

The indoor pool is very nice, the decor is tasteful. I was really surprised by the room. Flat screen, nice plush beds. The garage is well-secured and the hotel is located right downtown, walking distance from the local nightlife. Take in a Cavs game easily. I would recommend it definitely

Since the lobby was under construction, the main entrance was not in use but one didn't learn this until after parking nearby and carrying your luggage there. Once inside, one found that the public spaces and elevators were either under construction or in need of thorough cleaning.

In was about 6-9 months this hotel will be a very nice place to travel to. The room was excellent because it had already been finished. We had a view of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the lake. The bar was also very nice! The only thing holding this hotel back was the construction on the restaurant, little dusty!

Positives: Great room very modern and clean. Nicely redone!

I stayed overnight on business with the intention of sleeping in the following morning. I was awakened by construction activity at 7:00am. I called the front desk about it and the staff offered me a free breakfast for my trouble. I reluctantly agreed, thinking I could read the paper in lieu of sleep. There was a huge commotion in the room next to the restaurant. Construction workers were yelling to people across the room and no staff member was willing to ask them to be more respectful of people eating breakfast. In fact the manager was not there and joked later with the staff that she was not there on purpose because it was too loud. The restaurant was also very dirty, with two of the three stacks of dinner plates on the buffet had some pieces of someone else's breakfast on them. The tables were greasy, the eggs were watery, the buffet tables were not set up properly, the coffee was cold. Again at checkout, with about six people in front of me checking out, a crew of construction workers walked through the lobby and did not excuse themselves but merely pushed passed the guests, and one crew member actually put a coffee he was holding down on the front desk and went about his delivery and picked it back up on the way out ten minutes later (I was still in line). I was very disappointed with my stay here.

Positives: Room was comfortable, good shower pressure.

Negatives: Construction project going on and staff and construction personnel were oblivious that guests were present.

This hotel and room was the kick-off to a perfect getaway! Perfect location, safe parking garage, free shuttle to many places, friendly staff, gorgeous room with really nice furnishings and awesome bedding, fair price, fun atmosphere at lounge. Absolutely loved it!

It was recently renovated, and everything is new. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Science Museum and the Browns Stadium. The only downsides to my stay - you have to pay $14 each day for parking, and the renovation continues, so the business center is temporarily located in the 2nd floor lobby. Overall, I was very pleased.

Positives: Gorgeous room, great location.

Negatives: Still being renovated, have to pay for parking.
