Hotel does not help with bags (no bellhops), charges $16.00 a day for parking, is located across from Methadone clinic, charges for breakfast. There is nothing within walking distance when no baseball game being played (the bars/restaurants only open for games). Front desk speaks to you like robots with fill-in the blank conversations straight from the training guide.
Positives: Buffet breakfast for $12.00.
Negatives: Location is terrible unless going to game.

Positives: Nothing
Negatives: Everything do bot stay there.

Positives: Late night and early morning pool hours.

We loved the hotel. The hotel was clean, and the room was comfortable. When we got there, the front desk was all ready with our reservation. The check in process was so easy. Just want to take a minute to thank the woman at the front desk when we got there. I'm afraid I don't remember her name, but she was so friendly and made us feel so welcome. We were so excited to be in that hotel after speaking with her. She totally made our stay. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Positives: The best thing about the hotel was the greeting we received at the front desk. It was the quickest, easiest, friendliest check-in ever.
Negatives: We did not receive our statement under the door, so we had to go to the front desk to check out.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in for the price! Amazing!
Positives: This inside was beautiful, it was clean, the staff was amazing, and it was close to my destination.
Negatives: The view across the street.

Friendly staff, great location, great views of the city depending how high you are and a good in hotel restaurant. Not so great parking fees. Other than that, it was a great stay. Definitely recommended.
Positives: Great location.
Negatives: $16 parking.

The hotel staff acted as if I was a bother to them. When walking into my room it smelled terrible, like animals. There were holes in the arm chair and furnishings were dated. Overall the room is not worth the money and felt dirty. The bed was comfortable.

Positives: The lobby.
Negatives: The smells.

Overall, hotel is average. Close to progressive field and the Q for games, but not close to nice dining and bars. Cab ride to nightlife was only about $7 so it is reasonable. Comfortable bed and onsite parking for $16 (cheap for Cleveland compared to other hotels). Advertised that it had a shuttle but when we asked at the desk they said they did not have a shuttle.
Positives: Comfortable bed and had fridge and microwave in room.
Negatives: Access to nightlife was not within walking distance.

This hotel I would recommend to anyone. If you want to party. It was very close to everything. The staff was very knowledgeable on the area and where the clubs and malls were located. It was a very good trip for the price and we're planning on doing it again.
Positives: The beds looked and were very comfortable. The staff was great.
Negatives: We booked two rooms and they put us right next to each other. No privacy that weekend.

If you are in town for an Indians game, though we were not, this is the place to stay. The hotel is an easy and safe walk to the ballpark, cabs are simple to get if you'd like to venture out.
Positives: Location, very close to baseball field.
Negatives: Not close to much else.

This hotel is awesome, and I would happily come back.
Positives: I really enjoyed the lobby fireplace, it's very romantic and comfortable.
Negatives: 16.00 for self parking is a little bit much for self parking.

Very nice, clean and attractive hotel, in a great location just outside of downtown Cleveland. Within walking distance of many popular locations. Rooms were clean and comfortable. If I ever have the need to be back in that area I would definitely consider staying there again.
Positives: It was a very quiet hotel, which was much appreciated.
Negatives: I was put in a smoking room, which didn't smell too great.

Hotel was clean and facilities were very nice. The bed in the room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly giving us a stadium-view room upon request. The 24hr pantry allows for purchases of food, drinks and snacks at any time and I was surprised to find the prices reasonable. The free Wi-Fi was good, but not always reliable. Parking per day is 16 dollars which makes sense during baseball season, but off-season it should be cheaper. We parked on the street for free (meters dont run on weekends) and in a lot across the street for 3 dollars a day.
Positives: The 24hr pantry was great and reasonably priced.
Negatives: Parking should not cost $16 a day in the off-season and Wi-Fi was not always reliable.

The hotel was fine for the price we paid. (I wouldn't pay full fare.) Unfortunately the hotel was booked and there were no non-smoking rooms available.
Positives: Great location, walking distance to most of downtown.
Negatives: We were given a smoking room and it reeked.

Hotel was awesome. Staff were great. Only complaint for the entire experience was that the fee to park was not mentioned anywhere.
Positives: Staff were incredibly friendly.
Negatives: Had no idea there was a fee to park.

Clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Close to baseball and basketball stadiums (this effects street traffic and hotel occupancy during home games). Business room occupied too often by kids (unsupervised) cruising the internet. Most irritating, hotel is fairly far from public transportation routes (RTA train and bus routes), and hotel shuttle only serves limited area and has limited hours. Therefore I spent fair amount of cash on car service which are flat fee taxis which are often Lincoln continentals. Nice vehicles to cruise in, but wish for lower price alternative. If you have a car, parking is $16 per day - so still pay. Can take RTA train from airport to Tower City terminal and vice versa, which is only $1.75! But then need either hotel shuttle (if available) or taxi to connect to or from hotel.
Positives: Clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Close to baseball and basketball stadiums.
Negatives: Business room occupied too often by kids cruising the internet.

Easy to get to off I-77 at progressive field, very convenient. Hotel is clean and staff was very helpful. Parking is additional fee which we were disappointed about. For the price of the room, parking should be free.
Positives: I liked the fact that it was right across the street from Progressive Field.
Negatives: The bed! Said adjustable but didn't work & $16 additional for parking.

Room had all the comforts of home, including free Wi-Fi. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was courteous and efficient. I'd go back in a minute!
Positives: Quality of the rooms.
Negatives: Limited parking spaces.

My husband and I were really pleased with the hotel itself. I wish there could have been some type of discount on parking for those that were hotel guests. I realize it was close to the professional sports facilities but it wasn't a game night and we were not taking away from their business.
Positives: The lady at the front desk was very friendly!
Negatives: The fee for parking was quite steep I thought and was not aware of the fee ahead of time.

Excellent value, staff at your service was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Positives: The room was very modern and the bed was very comfy!
Negatives: The bar didn't open until 5pm!

The location was great, for attending the Indian's game, and convenient to get on/off highway, but otherwise, on the outskirts of the city. The bed was comfortable, definitely not the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. For the money it was worth it.
Positives: It was a great location.
Negatives: The carpet was sticky, which was absolutely disgusting!
