Hotel is a wonderful historic Cleveland landmark. Unfortunately they put us in a room that was tucked behind all of the rest of the room and seemed as it would be the last room to issue. Really disappointed that Hyatt in particular put guests in the worst rooms available therefore making me feel second class. They chose to accept my bid and therefore I feel I should be treated like other guests.
Positives: Beautiful architecture.
Negatives: They put us next to the laundry elevator and Ice machine which seemed unnecessary do to hotel not being very occupied.

Everything is nice about this hotel. The stairs are a little intimidating at first because there are gates on the landings that you have to put your hotel card into to release, but that is necessary because of security.
Positives: Loved the historical building, the large rooms made you feel like a king.
Negatives: Staff was nice and hotel front desk staff and security were nice.

I would highly recommend this hotel, we got it at a fantastic rate. The location is great, but with any down town hotel there are additional cost such as parking, which was 22 dollars per day. Besides that my wife and i loved it.
Positives: The location, walking distance from the rock and roll hall of fame and malls and theater and the stadium.
Negatives: The room that we were in, had no view, we were able to see the roof and AC ducts.

The Hyatt Regency at The Arcade provides a wonderful home base from which to explore Cleveland. The hotel is within walking distance of everything you could desire in the heart of downtown and it has a classy atmosphere that begs you to recall a time when men walked around in suits and ladies strolled alongside with parasols. Overall, our experience was very pleasant.
Positives: We loved the feeling of stepping back into the 1920s.
Negatives: We were surprised not to find a coffee maker in the room, as we've stayed at other Hyatt hotels that provide one.

Positives: The location was great.
Negatives: For the price you would think it would have higher quality toilet paper.

The Hyatt Regency at the Arcade in Cleveland is a charming, clean, friendly place to stay for a day or two. It's a bummer that the shops in the Arcade are not open on Sundays.
Positives: All staff provided exceptional service.
Negatives: The "King" bed was small and had no real blanket. Parking way too expensive.

The Hyatt Regency in downtown Cleveland is a very comfortable yet luxurious hotel to relax & unwind. Even though an event was going on at the location my hotel stay there was relaxing & very enjoying. This is definitely a place I would recommend to friends & family to go relax & enjoy themselves.
Positives: I loved the front desk clerks professionalism, efficiency & ability to resolve an issue with the customer's satisfaction being their main focus.
Negatives: The tub became clogged & would not release the water after a shower.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay and the area seemed safe and very close to attractions in Cleveland. The hotel was very clean and everyone from the doorman to the cleaning lady were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. It is right above a mall of sorts but no stores were open and it was disappointing. They did have a few good restaurants but no pool.

Positives: Extremely clean and the service was very friendly.
Negatives: The hotel is above a shopping mall of sorts and none of the stores were open on a Saturday.

The hotel was great. We had a wonderful time. I would only complain about the valet parking price.
Positives: The location to the Q and bars and restraunts.
Negatives: The price for valet parking was crazy. After tips it cost more to park my car than for the room.

This was a very nice hotel, (if you like historical or old places to go). The hotel was very close to everything, yet kinda pricey if you are traveling with a young child.
Positives: I enjoyed the promptness of the front desk with all of my questions about the area.
Negatives: I did not like that there was no parking and valet cost an extra $22.00.
