We usually stay at another place in the area but had a bad experience. So we thought we would try the comfort. It was an excellent decision. Price was good, it was close to where we wanted to go, the breakfast was good, the room was quiet, clean! We've already recommended it to 2 couples and we'll be back.
Positives: They were very accommodating. They knew the area to give advice to questions.
Negatives: They didn't have magazines, jigsaw puzzles or cards. We had forgotten to bring something for the evening hour but no big deal.

Very friendly staff, everyone spoke when you passed them in the hall. The room and motel were very clean and comfortable; pool was nice, but a bit too warm.
Positives: The pool, room and staffs were great.
Negatives: Quality of hot breakfast items was not the best.

Southbound: SR 62 S to Berlin, hotel entrance is 1/8 on right before traffic light turn right onto drive go to stop sign, turn left and drive to hotel. Eastbound: SR 39/62 E to Berlin at 2nd light turn left staying on SR 62 go 1/8 mile to Comfort Suites sign on left, turn left and left again and drive to hotel. Westbound: SR 39 W to Berlin, right at 1st light, driving 1/8 mile to Comfort Suites sign on left, turn left and left again at stop sign, hotel on left.
