Smoking room was all<BR/>I could get. I am thinking that owners rent rooms out to local people as tenants. Room not to clean carpet needs cleaning badly. And could use a good thorough cleaning. Sad to see a place with a good location be so let down.

Negatives: Unclean and rundown.
