Bestemor, which is Norwegian for Grandmother, was built by the great grandparents of the current owner. It is furnished with items reminiscent of visits to Grandma's house with a Norwegian flair.

Area attractions include fishing at the Kathryn Dam just east of town, or boating and swimming at Clausen Springs just west of town. Little Yellowstone park is 4 miles to the south. Sporting clays and a hunting preserve are available in nearby Litchville, ND plus many miles of scenic countryside.

The 2-story guest inn is complete with four bedrooms, two baths and a fully equipped kitchen. In addition, there is a large, shady yard waiting for your next family reunion, retreat, or get away.
