Very convenient location and nice free attached parking structure. Hotel staff was very good and pool and spa are attractive and well maintained.

Positives: Great location in downtown near many bars and restaurants.

Negatives: Hotel is old and my room had a slight musty smell.

Everything was fun and exciting. We had a wonderful stay in the upscale hotel.

Positives: The select - comfort beds were an added plus.

Negatives: Nothing.

Small room, no fridge, microwave and<BR/>room wasn't cleaned properly. Bill the conceirge was good to help us out. No bang for your buck, quite disappointed.

Positives: Had a bar in the hotel.

Negatives: Small room, no fridge, microwave,

After staying in the Hampton in north Bismarck, I was sorely disappointed with the Radisson. The location was better for my needs, but that is where the advantage ends. The sleep number bed did not work (it seemed more a novelty to me anyway), the window was missing a curtain (though we were on the 6th floor facing a building with no windows), and the door handle just about fell off the closet. It has an older feel - which is fine - as long as you try to maintain. I despised the parking ramp. While it provided off-street parking, I drive a large SUV and worried about navigating the tight concrete pathways. Overall, this Radisson has a classical aesthetic. But you can do better for the money - if you don't mind sacrificing location. A little extra $ will get you newer and better.

Positives: Location

Negatives: Did not meet expections of a 3 star hotel.

Overall is a good hotel. Parking lot access to hotel lobby is not well signed.

Positives: Nice lobby.

Negatives: It is a old hotel and some part of the bathroom were needs some maintenance.

I love staying at The Radisson. The rooms are very cozy and quiet. The Sleep Number bed is a dream and makes for a great night of rest. Everything is perfect. I had a great stay.

Positives: Sleep number bed.

Negatives: Nothing is wrong.

I love this motel, we have stayed here before. The only issue we had was noise. Since there is a bar in the motel, people would be drunk and loud in the middle of the night. Also we could hear people inflating the beds at all hours.

Positives: Sleep number beds, convenient location.

Negatives: Very noisy-bar crowd/sleep number beds inflating.

The pool was being used for a pool party, therefore, having this luxury did not work for us and we find that in most motels they rent the pool out to pool parties for children, therefore, adults cannot use the pool.

Positives: Very nice staff and lobby.

Negatives: The

We stopped only for on night to rest. The rooms were out dated and small. The food in restaurant was good and the parking was nice. It entered right into the hotel.

Positives: The Restaurant food was good, and the free parking at the garage was convenient.

Negatives: The hotel was out dated. It was not that clean, some of the staff was not very pleasant.

We needed to call housekeeping to change the linens on our arrival as there was black hair all over the white sheets. It was awful. However once this was done, the remainder of the stay was pleasant.

Positives: The location was good & the staff was pleasant.

Negatives: The restaurant meal was awful and the hot tub did not work.

I have stayed at many wonderful hotels. This however was our first very bad experience. After a long day drive in the car with young children we arrived, checked in and found that the toilet in our room wasn't working. There was a feminine product still in the toilet as well. They were quick to deal with this problem. Then my husband and I were woken up at 1:30 am to very drunk and loud neighbors. The party and loudness continued till 3:30 am. We called the front desk 4 times during the noise and the people were never kicked out! This hotel is not a 3 star at all. I think you could possibly give it a 1 1/2 star rating. The rooms are small, carpets in bad shape, vacuuming was not done properly as well as the dusting. Security could be better as well. The Super 8 I stayed at during my trip was cleaner than this.

Positives: Sleep number beds.

Negatives: Carpets are old and not vacuumed well. Dusting was poor, beds are too big for the rooms.

The accommodations inside the hotel were very adequate, however, I was extremely disappointed with the hotel parking ramp. Its corners were not built to accommodate a larger passenger vehicle and I ended up scraping my vehicle that will cost me to have it repaired. The rooms and lobby were very clean, the pool area was well-maintained and staff for the most part was friendly. A good value for the money.

Positives: I liked the restaurant/lounge on premises.

Negatives: Very poor parking. Ramp not built to accommodate larger vehicles.

Bismarck, a small city, is the state capitol and a regional medical center. The Radisson is probably the biggest hotel in town. Because it is located Downtown it serves those with business with the state government and the city's medical facilities. ( There were wedding receptions on Friday and Saturday nights - not unusual for any major hotel in May.) We drove down from Canada and were there to shop. We did not even investigate the shopping within walking distance of the Radisson. We assumed that the best shopping would be elsewhere. The city is easy to get around so we drove all over Bismarck hotel. Fair to good. Price great. Location poor.

Positives: Free parking.

Negatives: Hot tub was broken.

Hotel was as expected given price. Front desk staff was very helpful but we couldn't get the room cleaned for some reason. Two days in a row and no less than 5 requests to have it done. Turns out room was cleaned once during our entire stay. We were give two glasses of wine while we got it cleaned Sunday night. The bellhop who works only Sundays was very polite and tried to help.

Positives: Price and the front desk staff.

Negatives: Room was cleaned once in 3 days. We asked five times.

Prior to making reservations for a two night stay, my husband (who was temporarily using a wheelchair/crutches) called the Radisson to question the roominess of the standard room due to his mobility needs. The staff noted that the standard room was quite roomy, but asked if he needed a handicapped room. My husband indicated that it would not be necessary as long as there was enough room to easily maneuver crutches. Since they assured us the standard king room was indeed roomy, we booked a standard room. Check-in was a smooth process. However, when we arrived at our room, we were quite disappointed. The standard room with a king bed was quite cramped (even if we wouldnt have had a wheelchair and crutches along). We rearranged small, movable furniture (chair/footstool) the best we could to create more space, but in the end, my husband was only able to access approximately 1/3 of the room and the bathroom. In fact, the room was so crowded, that when my husband was seated in the desk, I had to climb over the bed to get to the other side of the room. Although the bathroom itself was adequately sized, there was very little counter space for personal toiletries. Temperature was also difficult to regulate. The building itself was older, and although some improvements had occurred (new sink in the bathroom and sleep number beds), further improvements are needed. I noticed discoloration (likely from water leakage) on the walls of our room and bathroom, and the bathroom door in our room was in need of repair.

Positives: We did enjoy a delightful breakfast in the restaurant near the lobby. We had excellent service and good food.

Negatives: Upon check-out, staff was impersonal, not providing a thank you or a smile. We will not return to the Radisson.
