The Inn offers "Benjamin and Smithy's Room" upstairs featuring antique twin beds with tester. The sitting area complete with game table provides entertainment coupled with a working fireplace and private bath featuring early American charm. Other amenities include DirectTV, telephone, climate control and wireless internet access.

The Carriage House may provide intimacy for newlyweds or a getaway for small families. This private cottage features a tester queen bed, or may sleep six with trundle, single bed, and sleeper sofa. This small residence offers all the amenities for a week of quiet and/or outdoor fun activities. The well equipped pantry and kitchen feature convenience for breakfast and snacks. Guests may also participate in hands-on activities such as grilling, picnicking, soccer, croquet, etc.
