Love this hotel, new, beautiful and clean. Attention to detail at every turn. All the staff were fantastic and helpful. I had interaction with bartender, room service, bell men and front desk. They were all there at my service providing great service and taking the next step. The bellman insure that I knew the quickest and easiest route to my destination. My daughter met me here, she had been a camp counselor all summer. We moved her in at NC State the next day. This was a perfect place to wash off camp and chill. Almost a spa destination with the comfy beds and loved the<BR/>TV in the bathroom mirror, will definitely return!
Positives: Plush enough to enjoy just hanging out there.
Negatives: No outside sitting area such as a public balcony, deck or something of that nature, the only place to sit outside is where check in occurs.

I felt welcome immediately. The staff was excellent and the room was very comfortable.
Positives: The staff made me feel welcome and the hotel was very clean.
Negatives: While there is ample parking, the distance should be closer.

Staff and service is first rate, room service is fast ans courtious, great waffle for breakfast!
Positives: Chef was able to make a vegetarian meal that was fantastic!
Negatives: Finess Center is Golds Gym nice facility but crowded
