A lovely place to stay, but be prepared to be nickle and dimed to death!

Positives: Very nice hotel, great room, quiet, good service.

Negatives: Charge for everything-parking, Internet use, etc. Room service food poor.

Older hotel, but very nice - very helpful staff.

My stay here was during a parent's hospitalization. It was close to the hospital and easy to get to, the bed in the room was heavenly and I did not expect to sleep, but feel asleep immediately the first night! Being from out of state, I needed information which every one of the hotel staff was happy to supply. The entire operation is ultra professional and I would stay there again gladly!

Positives: Their restaurant was incredible!

Negatives: Proximity of elevators to entrances.

Hotel was very nice, parking was pricey $11 a day We were on VIP floor next to a small lounge, breakfast was served at 6am, our room got a little noisy about 5am. Other than that it was fantastic, would like to go back.

Positives: The staff and room were above expectations.

Negatives: Room was beside service room and was a little noisy at 5am.

I think that the pool area needs more showers and rooms to change. I think that the hotel should invest in small refrigerators for the rooms. Other than that I had a fairly decent stay.

Positives: I like the location as well as the fact that it had a fitness area.

Negatives: I didn't like that there were no refrigerators in the rooms. I didn't like that bathroom layout

It was wonderful! Loved the use of color and felt like I was in a bedroom, not a regular hotel room! Can't wait to visit Hotel Idigo in other cities!

Overall, my stay was very pleasant. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. And the rooms were adequate size for two people.

Positives: We were looking for a place to dine and the hotel staff provided us with printed directions to the 3 most popular areas near the hotels. It was great!

Negatives: We had to pay for parking in the garage. $20 for two days of unlimited entry/exits to the garage. Otherwise, you have to find parking on the street!

This hotel was in a great location. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to my needs. This is a great hotel for a short trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.

For the most part, the hotel was comfortable, the staff was polite, and my needs were met.

Positives: The room was comfortable. Parking was convenient.

Negatives: Bathroom could have been cleaner. Tile grout dirty. And, I would have liked to have had a refrigerator and microwave. Paying for local calls.

The hotel it self was beautiful, I would recommend it to anyone. They need to be more smoke free for non-smoking customers.

Positives: The hotel was clean and beautiful. It is located in a prime location in down town Greensboro.

Negatives: They did not have any non-smoking rooms or king size beds when I arrived. I had to stay in a smoky room.

Although this hotel does not have all the amenities one may be accustomed to when staying at a J.W. Marriott, it does meet the needs of the average business traveler. It is conveniently located and the rooms are nicely appointed. It's the best choice available in downtown Greensboro.

Positives: It has a convenient downtown location. The rooms are nicely appointed and clean. Prices reasonsonable. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Negatives: There wasn't any bottled water in the rooms, nor water in vending machines.

Great hotel, location, and staff. Everything awesome except for the pool area. Like I said the hot tub was disgusting. But the hotel was great minus that.

We recently stayed at the Greensboro Marriott located in downtown Greensboro. It was very clean with a nice pool and fitness room. The staff was very attentive and the facilities far outweighed our expectations. We would highly recommend staying in this area and at this hotel.

Positives: Very nice area and hotel was above our expectations.

Negatives: Wish they offered a continental breakfast.
