It met all my expectations. Very nice stay! I would stay there again!
Positives: It was very roomy and very neat.
Negatives: Did not have extra pillows.

The people in room above us were so noisy that we had to move to another room at 3am in the morning. My husband had a Dr.'s appointment the next morning early and we only got a few hours sleep. The front desk didn't handle the disruption in the room above us but asked us to move to another room which happened to be near the freeway! I was very upset with the whole experience and was glad that my children weren't with us. It wasn't a family-friendly hotel because I believe there was some unsavory things going on in the room above us.

Negatives: It was very noisy and not a restful atmosphere.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Very clean and close to Lowes and the Concord Mills Mall. I recommend this hotel if you don't want to spend a fortune for a luxury hotel.
Positives: Very clean, nice staff, very close to Lowe's and mall!
Negatives: You can hear a lot of noise from hallway and next door rooms, mattress not thick enough.

Good location not far from the mall and restaurants. I would stay there again if I am going to concord mills not hard to find right off the exit two turns and your right at the hotel.

The rooms where clean, bathroom a little small. Fridge and microwave very helpful. The beds were comfortable but not enough pillows. TV was nice too.
Positives: It was close to the Concord Mall which is the main reason we stayed at Sleep Inn.
Negatives: Breakfast could have been a lot better. I and my children felt the food was not a good breakfast food.
