Great place to stay for anyone! My son and I just happened to be going to the<BR/> need a place to stay overnight. Plenty of places to eat. Conveniently located next to I-85. Fantastic breakfast!
Positives: We have stayed at Hampton Inns before in several states. That chain has it going on!
Negatives: Noisy ice machine when we got off the elevator, but we didn't hear it once we got into our room.

I'm a homers member, and for the first time ever I have been told by front desk staff that a late check-out was confirmed. And the next morning being awakened by maid staff as well as front desk staff that my late check-out was not honored and I needed to leave immediately. Having been in the hotel business myself in a 5 star property some many years ago, I felt it was truly unprofessional as to the miscommunication of staff! As I know being a professional myself that it is not proper protocol for any Hampton property and me truly was displeased, and most likely will not return to this hotel again! Nor would I recommend it! Hampton Inn/Concord/Kannapolis.
Positives: Lady who checks me in was very professional & patient and knew her job exceptionally!
Negatives: Unprofessional communication in reference to staff members concerning guest policy.
