The location was great for the casino. It was clean had been remodeled new carpet, drapes and bedspreads. The door didn't close properly and it didn't seem secure - but we felt is was okay. Well late at night.
Positives: Location and friendliness of the front lobby staff.
Negatives: The continental breakfast was donuts/cereal only - need to include toast or bagels for the non-eating donut travelers.

Any one with a pet is put on the top floor. This is not convenient nor is it easy for seniors traveling with their pet. There is no grassy area for walking pets unless you cross the street and then you are on private property of a church.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: No fridge in the room. No place to walk pets even though pet friendly.

Positives: Only the front desk person.
Negatives: NA.

We went on this trip mainly for the pow wow and fireworks show. The whole thing was wonderful and worth every penny. The fireworks were beautiful, not like any I've ever seen before. We parked the car at the motel parking lot and walked the. 5 miles to the Veterans Park were the pow wow and fireworks show was held then walked the. 5 miles back to the room. Next day we walked across the bridge straight into downtown were all the tourist shops are located. Talk about being convenient. City park is also right across the street were you can swim and tube in the river if you want to. Continental breakfast is served in the lobby of the hotel but if you don't want that there is a pancake house right across the street also. Overall the trip was really great. I just wish we could have spent more time there than just the weekend.
Positives: Hotel was convenient to city park, shopping and had a restaurant right across the street.
Negatives: Room was on the second floor. Husband and mother had trouble with the stairs.

The<BR/>cost is to high. The cleaning staff should change the linens more often.

Negatives: The guests above us were to loud!

Very clean and friendly. They did not get you out of bed in order to clean the room.
Positives: I really liked the location and the quietness.
Negatives: The TV did not work well - could have been the remote.

Staff was very friendly & helpful, parking lot is right by the river, & it is close to a lot of dining & shops. But it is not very clean, no coffee, the coffee maker in the room did not heat up the water, lousy breakfast. It was loud.
Positives: Staff was friendly.
Negatives: Not clean, loud, poor quality.

All rooms are supposedly non-smoking, but ashtrays all along outside, so still smells of smoke. Dog was below our room, barking, walls very thin, you can "hear" your neighbor. No breakfast really left an hr after they started serving, no coffee, room coffee maker didn't work correctly. Room smelled bad, hard to find the "window unit" ac/heat. Several burn holes in bedspread. If it wasn't for the fact the employees are so nice, this would have been the worst hotel I have stayed in. Also wanted lower floor room due to having baby with us, but was given 2nd floor room.
Positives: Staff was friendly & helpful.
Negatives: Rooms & amenities are not what expected.

I had stayed here about 6 years ago and it was a good place then, it is a better place now. The rooms have been upgraded and it was a relief to simply park and be able to walk wherever we needed to instead of getting stuck in traffic.
Positives: Walking Distance to both shopping and Dining strips.
Negatives: In a low place where cell phone reception was impossible.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Close to all attractions, only drawback is a tiny parking lot, not good for my large P/U truck.
Positives: Exceptionally friendly staff.
