Was a fire. No fire dept. I would not stay again. There were dog droppings in the hallway. The sheets didn't look clean. After the fire alarm we were unable to sleep.
Positives: Breakfast was good.
Negatives: Dog droppings in the hallway! Fire alarm going off at 2:30 a.m. Attendant reset the alarm from office without even looking to see if there.

The old smell, the old furniture, the leak spots on the ceiling over the tub, the outside entry door was not locked and required no key--meaning open to any stranger walking around the are. It could use paint touch ups, clean the carpet, i believe that's the "old" smell in the rooms. the refrigerator didn't fit regular sized items. the pillows we're in the dresser rather than on the bed. The fan in the garden tub room made a loud noise while on. The description clearly said balcony, but it was not accessible from the room. it was on the other side of the building where again, the doors had "access-entry cards" but they we're not needed to gain entry- felt unsafe, wouldn't stay here with a child.

Dirty hotel, lamps broken, missing light bulbs, phone broken. Had two rooms, had to switch both. Tub cracked and leaking water through bottom in one, AC broken in another. Asked for partial refund, was treated with disrespect like I have never experienced before. With the exception of one poor front desk person, the staff was disgraceful. Will never go again. Find a different hotel.
Positives: The beds were comfortable, honestly.
Negatives: Everything else about our stay.

Do not stay at this hotel unless you want to have a bad, stressful and highly disappointing experience. The entire front desk staff (for all shifts)including the managers, are jerks and idiots. They don't care at all if their guests are happy or not. Don't expect to get anything you need or any help if you need help. Like if the people in the room next to you are partying all night, include keeping their 2 babies up all night screaming, TV blaring, etc. until 5am. yes, 5am. Don't expect any help from the front desk even if u have to call 5 times it is so bad. and the next day no one will help you either. Not even the managers who come on for the day shift. no "I'm sorry" let alone a refund or credit. Just don't stay there, unless u want to totally waste Ur money and have a bad bad time. I'm writing this b/c I don't want anyone to go through what I did. They are lazy, flakes, and very unprofessional. They never do anything they say they'll do - they are the front desk staff 24/7.
Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: Everything.

The hotel was gross. Carpets were gross (my white clean socks were dirty very soon after taking my shoes off), the rooms were old and dark and not all the lights worked and neither did the hot tub. I will be spending a little more money next time for a decent hotel.
Positives: Free breakfast.
Negatives: Old, out dated, smelly, and creepy.

This hotel seems old. It might be adequate for someone needing a place to pass through on a one night stay but it is not a hotel you would look forward to coming back to for a second night.
Positives: Breakfast was adequate.
Negatives: The room smelled bad and it seemed old and dirty.

This hotel accomplished it purpose, giving you a place to stay the night. It did everything required of that with no problems. For a basic hotel, I would recommend it.
Positives: Convenient Location. Clean.
Negatives: Ice machines did not work on my floor or the next floor.
