Overall, it was OK for me and my grandson. Wouldn't stay there again because of no pool, he was very disappointed about that. He had been looking forward to that all day, wanted to go to another one and if it had not been for not getting money back would have.
Positives: Good location and price was good.
Negatives: Shower door leaked and no swimming pool and i requested one.

The staff were amazing. Not only did they give us directions when we were lost on the way there, but they also were able to recommend and give directions to local eateries. The room was very clean and the breakfast was just what I needed in the morning!
Positives: The staff were very helpful in giving us directions by phone when we were lost.
Negatives: In the strip-mall area of town...not the Asheville I was hoping for.

The staff was friendly and more than willing to help if needed. Once I checked in the phone rang. I wondered who it was, It was the front desk calling to make sure the room was OK. I appreciated their concern.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights, the part of our vacation that we were visiting Asheville. The hotel was clean, safe and had a very friendly staff. It is reasonably accessible to Downtown Asheville and the Biltmore. I wouldn't recommend it for a romantic getaway - but is great for basic travel needs.
Positives: The shower only unit was great.
Negatives: Not enough electrical outlets in room.

Great for families but only for short visits. No pool or anything else to occupy them on the premises. The housekeeping staff was friendly but spent the entire day yelling up and down the halls to one another in Spanish. Working or napping was difficult.
Positives: Most of the staff was great and there was a free breakfast bar.
Negatives: The staff worker, that worked the breakfast room, was quite unpleasant. Also a constant bad odor in the third floor hallway.

The stay at the Sleep Inn was comfortable and cozy with a scenic view of the mountains. I was not too crazy about the bathroom (no tub), but overall, the stay was better than okay.
Positives: Room was clean.
Negatives: No tub in bathroom, only shower.

Very friendly staff. Nice quiet room with plenty of pillows. Easy wireless Internet connectivity. No bathtub, only a walk-in shower. A sliding door into the bathroom. Sink is in main room which makes privacy difficult.
Positives: Quiet location, clean, lots of extra pillows.
Negatives: Extremely small bathroom with just a sliding door.

After a very long drive. The Sleep Inn allowed us a restful night's sleep. The next morning, we enjoyed making waffles and then getting about the business of exploring Asheville. This Sleep Inn was the perfect spot to begin our adventure from.
Positives: The beds were very comfortable.
Negatives: We enjoyed this hotel, no problems.

This hotel was absolutely terrible. I traveled to Asheville for job interviews & actually had to check out and go to another hotel so that I could get some sleep. According to the manager (who was quite rude) the water heater had some sort of problem (which sounded like a jack hammer right outside the door from 3am - 5am). He then stated that this problem was not his fault but was the "cities fault" (not sure about that reasoning) & therefore he would not refund our $$ for the night. I left of course & checked into the Sleep Inn Biltmore (Hendersonville Rd) which was fabulous, quiet and had tempurpedic beds which were wonderful for catching up on the sleep we lost the night before!
Positives: Cheap.
Negatives: Management.
