Taos is a town in Taos County in the north-central region of New Mexico. Taos calls itself the "Town of Taos" and was incorporated as such in 1934. Other nearby communities include Ranchos de Taos, Cañon, Taos Canyon, Ranchitos, and El Prado.The town is close to Taos Pueblo, the Native American village and tribe from which it takes its name. 10 OUT OF 10 Very nice and elegant hotel decorated in Southwestern Style. Rooms were big and clean. Staff seems to need more training, breakfast staff could have been nicer, check-out desk clerk seemed unprepared. But I would definitely recommend this hotel for anybody, especially for the reasonable price we .....

The Quality Inn

8 OUT OF 10 Over a good value for the dollar. Room was clean and neat, not thread bear, but a little on the tired side. Could use some renovations and updates in the room. Breakfast was nice, but staff was not the most pleasant. Make sure to get there early, otherwise there may be a wait and less then excited .....
