Today Middle San Francisco Plaza is almost non-existent; Lower San Francisco is called "Lower Frisco" and Upper San Francisco was renamed Reserve when US Forest Service headquarters were built there. Local restaurants include Ella’s Cafe, Buffalo Mountain Coffee Roasting Company, and The Adobe Cafe & Bakery.
