The hotel was very nice.

Positives: The front desk attendants were very pleasant. The hotel and room overall were clean.

Negatives: I was not pleased with the city of Trenton itself, but when in the hotel, I felt like I was in a whole other place.

I was very, very surprised that this hotel is a Marriott. Normally, you can always be sure of a decent quality with the Marriott line, but this hotel was borderline poor. The staff was not professional, the lobby was old and smelled, the rooms were dingy and did not give the feeling of cleanliness. In fact, we had to change one of the rooms because the scent of smoke and mold (and the room was nonsmoking!) was unacceptable. There was no pool, paid parking (although there was plenty of parking outside), the location struck me as unsafe, the list goes on and on...this is the first time with Priceline that I would object to the star rating for this hotel. Very dissatisfied customer.

Positives: Really nothing positive to say.

Negatives: The hotel was poor. Poor location, lack of free parking, facilities were old & unclean, rooms were dingy, staff unprofessional.

Negatives: This hotel, although very nice, was located in the worst area we were afraid to leave the hotel for our safety.

When I requested the type of hotel I was looking for, I thought I checked the free parking box - apparently I did not, or it was overlooked by the data base search. Ice machine on second floor was broken. Hotel has seen better days and free WIFI is only available in lobby.

Positives: Location near main highways.

Negatives: Parking was not free and charged $13 per day.

Good hotel at a fair price. There is little that the location offers. It seems to be close to the central business district so it probably caters to the business traveler.

Positives: The accepted bid price was quite reasonable.

Negatives: The location has nothing to offer the leisure traveler.

Overall the hotel is nice. The location is not a nice neighborhood, but in Trenton that is expected. The staff was very friendly and willing to help with any issues. The room was clean and the beds comfortable.

Negatives: Non working emergency exit.

The room were nice size and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly pleasant. I was disappointed that there was not a complimentary breakfast (continental) or an indoor swimming pool, and that parking was in the city garage next door at a hefty price.

Positives: It was in an incredibly convenient location from the Arena..

Negatives: They don't have a complimentary breakfast, & must pay to park..

Location is terrible. Location is terrible, however staff was very friendly and accomodating and room was clean and cheerful. Restaurant closed at 8 PM! Bar and room service is available later.

Positives: Had an excellent Cheese steak in the hotel bar restaurant.

Negatives: Asa single female, was extremely uncomfortable with the location.

Per staff at the hotel I called three times and they assured me that my in laws room would be a double for my father, mother, and brother-in-law. They arrived to check in and found they had a single room and made my brother in law sleep on a role away bed. Then my wife had to call back down to the desk to get sheets, blankets, and pillows for the role away bed. I was not at all satisfied with this hotel.

Positives: The rooms were awesome!

Negatives: The staff and that I did not receive the service I paid for.

Other than staying at the room, everything else is an extra cost. This also is not the place to stay with young children. Neither a refrigerator nor a microwave was in the room, so it was very inconvenient with toddlers. Using an internet as well as parking was expensive. No easy dining access around a hotel at night since it is in the downtown at Trenton. If you do not have Young's ones with you, it is good place to stay. Nice and comfortable room with friendly staff.

Positives: Staff members were very friendly and helpful.

Negatives: Paid parking.

The hotel in general is nice, however the area where it is located look unsafe. Everything else if fine. However, the exercise room equipment is old.

Negatives: The excercise room is a fiasco. The equipment are outdate.

Other than the lack of a pool and high parking rates, the hotel was excellent in every way. Convenience and amenities were all there at your finger tips.

Negatives: The hotel could really use a pool, and the parking rates were high for such a minimal urban area.

There was no pool. For the star level and the brand name, I expected a pool and better workout facilities. The elevators were run down. Housekeeping did not clean our room.

The hotel was nice, however you have to pay to park in a parking garage that the hotel does not own. The hotel doesn't give out parking vouchers and you are not told about the parking situation on priceline - it cost extra to park or risk parking on the street. Not the best neighborhood.

Excellent bedding and pillows, all down! I have never stayed at a hotel with a friendlier staff. The room service was good and quick. The Trenton area is not the safest and there are not many family friendly places to eat.

We loved this hotel! It was clean, comfy and the staff was excellent, we just wish you didn't have to drive through such a scary area to get to it.

We had a hard time requesting a baby crib. We checked in at 3 pm just to make sure we'd have everything we needed. We requested refrigerator & baby crib. The fridge came and the guy said he will be back with the crib. An hour passed by no crib. Called them couple times - no solutions, they just said working on it. So we left and hoped to get it when we're back. We back at 8:30 pm. Still no crib called them couple times - still working on it. At 9:30 pm we came down to the front desk & they told us they ran out of them. Thanks for the manager who somehow made the staff found it for us.

The hotel was a little hard to find but very nice and clean. Although parking in the garage is expensive we were able to find parking on the street both nights of our stay. The staff was very friendly. Our only complaint was the lack of a pool. Good place to stay and very close to Sesame Place.

I am very disappointed with this hotel. When at the restaurant our waiter forgot to put in our orders for our dinners, and placed the check at our table right after the appetizers that came out cold. The wait to get just our appetizers was at least an hour and our drinks were never offered to be refilled. The waiter had to be continuously searched for and directed. The Manager did comp our appetizers, but the damage was done by then, and that was the least that could have been done. Our room was fairly clean, but overall the service and quality fell very short of a three star hotel. I would never stay at this hotel again.

We were very pleased with this Marriott. Very convenient to the highway, safe location. Rooms were well appointed and I cannot say enough about the front desk and room service staff. Great customer service which is so hard to find today. We would stay there again without question.

Overall the hotel was nice and the service was ok. At the time that I and my family went to check out of the hotel we notice that our van was missing. We went into the hotel requesting assistance on what to do and were told to contact the police which the front desk did not offer to do for us. We had to use our cell phone to call. We were traveling with 6 children and 2 infants and had just checked out of their hotel and were not offered basically any assistance by the front desk. After renting 3 rooms for a week in their hotel and having one of our vans stolen from their location, you would think that they would have been a little more accommodating! After finding out that our van was stolen, we now had the task of finding a rental car to drive back home to Boston, MA. Went back inside to ask the front desk for numbers to rental companies and was told that the Hertz phone was over on the side table. Went to call Hertz and was told by them that there were no cars available, so again began the task of searching for car rental companies, which we were not able to locate a car until 7pm at night as it was the weekend and college students were returning from break. Can not blame the hotel for that but can say that with 6 children and 2 infants the least they could have done was accommodate us with a room until we were able to locate a car! Nightmare!

Positives: I enjoyed being so closed to the amusement parks.

Negatives: There was no security onsite; no microwaves in the rooms for families who come with children who needed to have bottles heated. No swimming pool.
