In my opinion this was a 1 star hotel. Would not return again.
Positives: Convenient in terms of access to highway.
Negatives: Environment was "seedy".

Good value for the money if you are on a tight budget, need a quick business room with NO FRILLS or are a trucker! Property is worn, exterior dug up and in disrepair in many places. Local Chinese/Italian buffet restaurant next door fills the hallways with cooking odors that become bothersome. No smoking room sign age ignored by guests in closed rooms filling your "non-smoking" room with stale smoke odor. Continental breakfast was sparse but efficient. Day staff was very helpful, however, night staff appeared complacent concerning the smoking issue.
Positives: Free wireless Internet, close to local eateries and shops.
Negatives: No smoking room rules were ignored by guests.
