Okay....nothing to rave about. Good price.
Positives: price

Though entitled to a free breakfast, on 3 days around Xmas, the desk said there is no one in the Kitchen - That was O.K., but no effort was made to make coffee, and set out a few Danish Rolls.
Positives: Staff is very friendly.
Negatives: On 2-3 days around Xmas their were very few guests, and the desk told me that there was no one in the kitchen, and there was no coffee &there was no.

Easily located off of Route 1, this hotel is a short distance to the center of Princeton. Its location made it easy for us to travel to and from. The price was incredible considering it was a last minute reservation on new year's eve.
Positives: It was easy to travel to and from, great price and friendly staff.
Negatives: It was not my own best.

The public spaces and meeting facilities are extremely limited. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions, but the bar servers were engaged in a lengthy argument when I went in a few minutes before 11 pm, and as I waited for them to notice I was there, it past 11 pm and they said they closed at 11 and could not serve me.
Positives: Comfort of room.
Negatives: All Room Service ends at 10:30 pm, bar also closes at 11. No services within walking distance.

Positives: The room was clean.

I put in for a 3 star hotel and was given holiday inn for a price. I wasn¿t happy because I have received the west in, Hyatt and forestall for all around in the past. But it is what it is and I had no choice. I read some reviews about the hotel. We came to the conclusion that the room had a mini fridge in it. We stopped by legmen and purchased a nice bottle of vine and some refreshments for the night. The hotel person told me there will be an extra charge for the fridge. Ok, no big deal, I agreed and they were putting a fridge in the room for when we arrive. We checked in and entered out room. I don¿t know about any of you but the first thing I check out is the bathroom. It turns out that it was scummy. The grout was dirty, there was film on the tile, the wall was rotted at the bottom and the wall paper was starting to come off. I have pictures to prove this. I went to the desk to complain and they told me that they could send someone up to clean the room and I said don¿t bother because a cleaning lady is not going to do what is needed in this room. So I complained more and told them that I heard they just finished a major renovation. They told me that all the rooms were in the process of being renovated and that they did not have any other rooms to put me in. I was stuck and there was nothing I could do. I told her I guess I would have to live with it and headed back to my room. We went out and when we came back late that night after 2. I like it dark in my room and turned out the lights to get some sleep. Low and behold, the hotel's sign is right out front of my window. Even with the curtains closed, light still passed through. It would have taken duct tape to seal out the light. I woke up and took a shower but it was one of those showers that didn't feel good because the condition of the shower. I had to take one when I got home that night. This is the first time I am complaining about a hotel. I have used it over a dozen.
Positives: It was quiet.
Negatives: Our bathroom was dirty and the hotel could not give us another room.

Very nice hotel. Would stay there again.
Positives: Prompt and courteous room service.
Negatives: No tea with the coffee maker (fortunately, I had brought my own because that's typical.).

Need to attend to maintenance in the room (sliding door to closet) the ironing board prevented the door from sliding properly. Room service personnel did not get order correct. Need to listen and read back order. Did not bring water with meal.
Positives: Computer facilities.
Negatives: No mirror in the sleeping area. Sliding closet door not working.

Excellent stay just 5 minutes from Princeton campus. Factor of 2 cheaper than on campus hotels. Friendly staff provided softer pillows on request. Quite pleased with the hotel and would certainly stay there again.
Positives: Close to Princeton, clean and quiet.
Negatives: Room I booked with two beds unavailable for the first night.

It is seriously outdated, although the room was spacious and clean, and my kids loved the free Internet access. Hard to believe we requested a four star and ended up here. I would not choose this hotel again.
Positives: Property staff very friendly. Hotel clean but shabby.
Negatives: Restaurant needs major help with staff - older property needs serious face lift.
