The usual luxuriousness of a "Radisson" was immediately evident - everything of high quality. Did not care for the sleep number beds and was disappointed in lack of any bell boys at checkout. Pool, whirlpool, fitness center provided much needed relaxation.
Positives: The luxuriousness overwhelmed us.
Negatives: More attention paid to the people in conference than to individuals and I hate the sleep number beds, only 2 cup coffee provided.

If you are looking for a convenient location with limited amenities at a great price, the Sheraton Four Points is a good choice. The rooms are average size and the parking is convenient. The negative is that there is limited restaurant service, the fitness room is not modern, and the pool is outdoors. If you are looking for a fairly priced hotel where you are not looking to spend too much time in the room, this is the hotel for you.
Positives: Convenient to where my client is and where my boyfriend lives.
Negatives: Slow to check into the hotel. No pool indoors. No room service.

Great hotel at a great price but far away from restraunts other than the one at the hotel. No road noise!
Positives: Had a terrific counter person when I checked in
Negatives: My room had been used for something other than a regular room previously

I stay in hotels frequently for business. This hotel was not three star, it was shabby and understaffed. My wake up call never came even though I checked on it twice, making me late for a very important meeting. The only thing I really wanted to do was to use the fitness room, but I couldn't because I had to go through the pool area to get to it, and the pool area was under repair. The bar was right next to the lobby and was open, noisy and smoke filled. I have stayed at 2 star hotels that were better.
Positives: The staff were willing to help solve problems.
Negatives: Shabby, bar with cigarette smoke right next to lobby, facilities under repair

Hotel was fine, but shocked that the normal room rate is $125 per night. The 4 Points is a step up from Days Inn, but a notch or two below a Marriott. Location: just off Rt 287 in a semi-industrial area. Nothing of interest in the immediate area, no restaurants and nothing to do. Just a place to sleep, that''s it. Lobby and restaurant were clean and up-to-date. Elevator could have been tidier and was a little rickety. Rooms are pure businessman/traveling salesperson special. Iron, hairdryer, recliner in the room in working order and new. Furniture and TV were relatively new. Beds were ok, but blankets and comforter were a little funky, appeared slightly unclean, which really skeeves me out. Pool, Jacuzzi, & exercise room were clean and nice features.
Positives: the pool and exercise room were ok
Negatives: Located in a semi-industrial area - would have liked to know that. Absolutely nothing around it - no restaurants, no stores, just office buildings
