In our room there was a huge gap all the way around the door, letting light in from the hall. We were on the ground floor, and the sliding door had an extra lock which was bent so that it couldn't be locked. There was also a hole next to the lock which made it look like the room had previously been broken into. All that was holding the door closed was a flimsy aluminum rod, which any one who was using enough force could break. The hotel staff refused to give us a new room, claiming that they were booked solid. This was a blatant lie. They also said they would come examine our lock to prove to us that it was safe. We returned to our room and they never showed up. Being it was quite late we decided to try to forget about it. Luckily we were safe.

Positives: It was close to where we needed to go.

Negatives: Holes smashed in walls, locks broken off doors. And the staff refused to change our room.

This was the worst possible hotel you could have found, which wouldn't have been so bad if it was like $50.00 but it was $109. I could have stayed at a nicer hotel for that price, It was not only a rip off, but it was a horrible hotel. And you made it look so nice, how did you do that? Must have been the "private hot tubs" more like cold, dirty , bath tad with a flickering light. My wife wanted to kill me for picking it.

Positives: Nothing.

Negatives: The water was cold, the lights did not work, it smelled bad. I wish you people told me it was a DIVE and never recommend it to any one EVER.
