Appears to be an upscale hotel. Does not appear to be family friendly. After reading the welcome book in our room, we thought there was only a restaurant to eat at or room service, which were both expensive. The next morning we found out there was a continental breakfast hidden up on the sixth floor. By the time we got there, the staff member said they had run out of food and they were sending people to the restaurant downstairs, where we would have to pay. The bed was sunken on one side and lumpy. And we also had to pay $13 extra for parking. We didn't want a "free upgrade" on our hotel only to have to pay much more once we got there. I hope I don't get "upgraded" to this hotel again.
Positives: Nice pool.
Negatives: Lumpy bed, overpriced room service, hidden and unannounced free breakfast which was gone before we got there.

It's a great place to stay for a very low price.
Positives: The rooms are cozy. Furnishing is cool. Bed was the best.
Negatives: This room didn't have the sliding glass bathroom door.

Great hotel if not for the terrible water pressure. I heard other guests complain as well so it was not limited to my room. I hope they have plan to fix this problem.
Positives: Ritzy rooms, well appointed.
Negatives: Terrible water pressure made my morning shower terrible. I overheard other guests complain about this as well.

The hotel itself was excellent, but they were hosting several teen/college events on Saturday night. The place was overrun with noisy, active kids and there was no place to go in the lobby for a quiet moment. Further, the noise continued well into the morning hours so we lost an entire night's sleep. Don't go there on a weekend. For business travelers during the week
I am sure it is fine.
Positives: Great location. Great rooms.
Negatives: Very noisy due to kids events on sat night.

Not much wrong with this hotel for the price. Comfortable room, close to the airport, shuttle right on time. No bar, but had already brought my own to sit and relax in the room.
Positives: Friendly and close to airport.
Negatives: No bar or anywhere to eat except the hotel nearby.

The hotel and staff were very nice. Unfortunately, the initial room we were given had soiled linen. Upon informing the staff, they expressed their disgust and promptly switched our room.
Positives: Staff.
Negatives: Soiled bedding.

This hotel had an excellent location, close to businesses and the local university. It one of the largest rooms in a business hotel that I have ever seen, and very cordial staff. Since I arrived late at night and was leaving in the morning, they comped by internet for the night. It was one of the best deals I have ever had.
Positives: Huge room, very well appointed.
Negatives: Hallways need renovation.

Found this hotel to be very nice. People there were nice, as well. Food from restaurant was pretty good. Only the pool area needed a little work, mainly the hot tub. It had peeling paint and was a little dirty looking.
Positives: Very well kept rooms, very nice people.
Negatives: Hot tub needed some renovations.

This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The pool area was clean, not excessively chlorinated and well designed for lounging. Room was very nice, albeit the bathroom was a bit small. We enjoyed it!
Positives: Enjoyed the luxury design and facilities. Service was excellent!
Negatives: Parking was too far from lobby, especially for handicapped.

Overall
I did like the motel. Although
I did like the sheridan hotel much better.
Positives: Very nice rooms,
Negatives: Bathroom itself is a little small, the clothes bureau is has very little storage space for its large size.

This hotel exceeded my expectations for a simply overnight stay. My sense is that room service was overpriced.
Positives: Large size of rooms--almost too large!
Negatives: Decor was a bit garish, nouveau-riche...

The hotel decor was great, staff was very personable and willing to engage me in conversation. Had to use the employee service elevator day of check out, however, the employee area was actually clean than some hotel rooms.
Positives: The staff I did encounter was very pleasant and sociable.
Negatives: The morning of check out, the elevators were out of service, had to use employee elevator.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was friendly. Because it was new years eve i think there should have been more staff working to check visitors in because I did have to wait in a line. The room was clean and comfortable. I would defintely stay there again.
Positives: I liked the location. It was near several restaurants which is a plus.
Negatives: The elevator was not working.

The hotel is very nice and the staff is pleasant but the prices for everything were terrible. Room service was badly overpriced. I have stayed in many 3 star hotels. Service was quick and friendly. I would stay there again.
Positives: Warm pool, nice rooms and nice staff.
Negatives: Their prices, pay for parking and rooms service was overpriced.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay, the amenities, the room service, and friendly staff. Guests need to pay for parking, but that wasn't too expensive on the weekend. I would certainly recommend this place to friends and family planning to visit the area.
Positives: Clean, comfortable, good price.
Negatives: Paid for parking, construction in nearby road.

Nice lobby, rooms were a little run down. Bar/restaurant were adequate though I was distressed that they would only show Baseball on their multiple TV sets in the Bar and refused to turn on the Democratic National Convention on any of the TV's. Service was also a bit slow. Close to train and downtown New Brunswick is a plus.
Positives: Close to Train Station.
Negatives: Room was somewhat shabby for a Hyatt. Noisy.

Excellent accommodations, clean and comfortable.
Positives: Cost, king size bed,
Negatives: We had to pay $13 for overnight parking.

Very nice hotel. Good security. Free parking. Hip design of rooms. Could be a bit wider. TV could be a little bigger, but was a nice mid-sized flat screen.
Positives: Fancy design. Beautiful room. Comfortable bed.
Negatives: Traffic from the highway can be loud. Some construction on Route 18 can be heard.
