Loved it! We stayed during hurricane Irene.

Positives: Beautifully decorated. Spotlessly clean. Helpful pleasant staff.

Negatives: Had to ask for additional towels. A refrigerator costs an additional $25.

It is small, warm, and beautifully appointed.. Help are very attentive, especially if you aren't familiar with the vicinity. The restaurant and lounge are very inviting and comfortable. The lounge is also a nice place the enjoy a meal on the onyx topped bar with its upholstered stools.

Positives: Upon arrival I knew I was in a comfortable atmosphere. The Lounge is beautiful! Room cozy, well equipped.

Negatives: Your staff was great on the phone to get me there.

Very nice hotel, recommended for business travelers rather than families or tourism, considering the beds are not comfortable for two people, my husband and I decided to sleep on separate beds in stead of risking a fall. Everything had a cost, internet $10 daily, breakfast, all calls, not nice when traveling on leisure, if you just want to check your mails or call home, you can spend as much as 50% of the cost of the room on services that could be included on the price. Parking at least is free.

Positives: Service was OK, room clean and nice, rather dark. Coffee at room was very good.

Negatives: Internet was $ 10 daily, expensive. TV was good too much of pay per view. Unclear about conditions on calls from room, confusing brochure. Little bed.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Room was a handicapped room. Otherwise, great hotel.

Positives: Clean friendly and comfortable - Good service.

Negatives: Low water pressure in the shower - corrected upon request.

Very clean rooms, very friendly staff, upscale, new, comfortable seats, comfortable bed, new TV, quiet, generally a pleasant experience, at a very good price.

Positives: The quality of the room greatly exceded my expectations.

Negatives: it was near a busy intersection. But it was in NJ.

Hotel looks like it's poised for a major overhall. Needs updating, but has valently tried to meet competition in keeping with today's travelors expectations. Ice and Soda machines should be on all floors - air conditions halls should be on all floors not just rooms. Otherwise hotel was fine, but I won't stay there again.

Positives: Nice Lobby and entrance area. Looks like it was a high-end Hotel at one time.

Negatives: Rooms need updating. Ceilings was cracked, stained and chips falling onto bed. Bathroom totally outdated. Room had an "old" odor

Lobby and common areas were great. Staff was helpful but did not provide room that was requested. The rooms were not in good shape.

Positives: Convenient location just off I-95

It is not a modern hotel but It doesn't lack anything. The breakfast was enough. The location is very convenient for Cherry Hill, Mount Laurel, and Philadelphia. It was clean and everyone was very helpful. Thank you!

I got a fair price for a less than fair hotel. I understand Sheraton is buying this site with plans to raise it and build a new facility.Maybe this explains the casual manner of the staff.

Positives: The continental breakfast and the site's location were really the only two features that distinguished the Ramada

Negatives: The staff was inattentive, the desk phone not answered in a timely fashion, and cleanliness was not a strong point.

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms although needing extensive renovation, are maintained very clean.

Negatives: The hotel needs extensive remodelation, and it is relatively far from the Philadelphia downtown.

I was not impressed with this property - I stopped into the hotel around 4:00pm to check in and take a nap before my 7pm client dinner meeting - When I left for dinner I just brought my suitcase with me and drove home after my neeting (2 hour drive).

Positives: Rooms seemed newly renovated

Negatives: Exterior - pretty rough / Staff-Abrupt
